I keep my beard trimmed short. Right now I have a little goatee, I might grow it out more during the wintertime. I also have a very light colored mustache, though my facial hair tends to grow out more on my chin.

Recently I installed Lubuntu on a flash drive and have been using both Windows 11 and Lubuntu. I couldn't get DaVinci Resolve to install on my Lubuntu installation, so I opted to go with Kdenlive this time around. Honestly it feels much smoother than DaVinci Resolve does on my Windows 11 installation. I might actually completely switch over to using Kdenlive as my main video editing software! Does anyone else use this software?

I like Deadpool but I feel weird having a controller molded to look like his butt. The console at least looks pretty cool! Part of me still wants to enter this contest and try to win, but on the other hand I might pass lol.

I only enjoy taking showers. When I was a kid, I liked taking baths though! My wife prefers to take a bath, but our bathroom is small and we only have a shower. In our old house, her parents had a large tub that she loved to take baths in.

The Series X with the disc drive looks awesome! I already have the Series S though, and I still have my Xbox One S for my disc based games so there's no reason for me to buy the Series X. I do think it's dumb that the Series X with the disc drive has the bigger SSD, doesn't make sense.

I have a few Sonic the Hedgehog funko pops, and I also have the Sonic Mania collector's edition which came with a statue of Sonic standing on a fake Mega Drive, it also came with a fake cartridge that has a ring in it. I try to get Sonic related collectibles since it's my favorite gaming franchise. I'll get other merch from Pokemon from time to time, but not too often.

I watch this show with my mother in law at times. It's super cool to see all the different swords the contestants have to make, the amount of talent you see on the show is amazing! I heard the original host of the show got fired, I'm not really sure why he was fired though. Honestly my favorite part is seeing the judges slice through the dummies and watching the fake blood squirt out. 😂

I have a big appetite. I tend to eat bigger meals for breakfast and lunch at times. Then I'll snack throughout the day, and have another semi big meal for dinner. I will snack here and there but not too much before bed. Though when I'm at work, I only eat during my breaks and lunch I never snack on anything else.

My username gives it away. Raven is my favorite DC character and my favorite super hero of all time! She's so cool, and has so many awesome abilities. Plus even though her destiny is dark, she's strong enough to not give into her father's thoughts. I know in some comic book runs, she eventually does give into Trigon's control, but normally she's able to keep control of her emotions and keep her father from destroying the world.

I've only got one haircut at home, and it was from my mother in law. She didn't do such a good job, so she just ended up giving me a buzz cut. I'd rather just go to the barber, since they know what they're doing. I know hair grows back but man I don't want to look weird lol.

Is anyone else excited for Expedition 33?! I've been waiting to see another great looking turned based RPG coming to consoles, hack and slash are fine but I'm a fan of turned based more. Anyways in Expedition 33 players will get to explore the city of Lumière, the last city of humanity, where everyone knows the age when they will die. The main villain, the Paintress paints a number on a monolith, everyone who is that age will perish. You control a party of heroes who are on a quest to stop the Paintress from continuing to kill. Take a look at the trailer if you haven't yet!

Windows 10 has been around for a long time now, so it makes sense that Windows will stop supporting it next year. I'm sure my work will continue to use Windows 10 until we possibly can't anymore. I know one of my department leads already has Windows 11 installed on his laptop, and from what I can tell all of the programs we use still work on his laptop. So maybe IT will upgrade soon who knows?

I'm terrible about drinking water when I'm at home. I usually just drink water when I'm at work, and usually when it's really hot out. I tend to drink at least two cups or about three at work.

I hardly go on vacations these days, but when I was a kid I would just bring my gameboy color with me. I remember taking it to Florida when my sister and I went there with my grandmother. I plan on going to Chicago in October and I think I might bring my Switch or GBA SP.

I have to go with a 2, my singing ability isn't great at all. I just sing for fun though, I don't really want to work on my singing talent because I don't have the time. I only like singing to myself, but sometimes if I'm in a good mood I'll start singing out loud in front of other people. I would never sing karaoke in front of a crowd though.

I prefer the evening, especially during the week. I don't like getting up early for work, and I'm stuck at work during the afternoon so evenings are great. Now on the Weekends, I prefer the afternoon. I have more time to just chill and work on the things I need to get done, with still plenty of time to do whatever I need to get done.

I currently own the re-released Sonic the Hedgehog 3 handheld. I think my cousins had a few of these back in the day, but I never got one as a kid. I believe they had the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 handheld. Since they're just LCD games, they're not the coolest thing but to a young kid I'm sure it was awesome. McDonald's had some Sonic and Sega themed LCD games that came out in the early 00's, but I don't think Tiger Electronics made them.

I didn't know about any of the handhelds mentioned that were released mainly in Asian countries, but I knew about all the Sega stuff before watching the video being a Sega nerd. I knew about the Amiga CD 32 as well as the Amstrad console LGR mentioned. I didn't know about the mini Gamecube, the Yamaha Copera or the portable NES. I knew about the Nintendo Playstation as well, so I knew a good majority of these obscure game consoles lol.

I'm a very introverted person and I prefer to talk with people via text or online. I remember I hated talking on the phone when I was a kid and always hoped we would be able to just send messages to other people, and I guess I got my wish lol. I think technology just helps us, it's just tools to help make our lives better. Maybe some people like technology more than other humans, but I don't think everyone loves technology more than other humans.

Huh this is interesting, I didn't know Youtube decided to add some games to the platform. Reminds me of the days when Facebook had games like Mafia Wars and Farmville, though I'm sure these games are more interactive than those ones. I'm surprised they're also offering it for free, you'd think this would be a feature only for those who have Youtube Premium.

When I was a kid, my bedroom was too small to have a bed in it so I would sleep on the couch. I slept on the couch from the time I was around 5 to the time I moved out of my parent's house. Now I have a bed that I sleep in, and I don't even have a couch in my living area. Sometimes I might take a nap on my in law's couch if I'm upstairs watching a show or movie, but that's rare.

Yep I do! I mainly only do this with retro games though, for example I imported Mega Man 8 as well as Sonic Jam on the Sega Saturn from Japan because North American Sega Saturn games are super expensive. The console didn't do so great here, that's why our games are more expensive. Sure the text is in Japanese, but we've got smartphones that can easily translate the text for us.

I'm with Shagger on this one, there's no reason for companies to come out with extra digital deluxe editions and they only do this crap to get more money from people. They don't care about the quality of the game, they know if they tack on features behind pay walls that die hard fans are going to eat that up.

I was hoping we would either get a collection with all the game boy Mega Man games or at the very least see these games get added to the Nintendo Switch Online service. I was happy to see that we at least got the latter, I bought these games on my 2DS years ago but now I can play them again and on a bigger screen too! I'm hoping we'll get Mega Man Xtreme and Xtreme 2 on the service at some point, then we'll be able to play most of the Mega Man titles that were released. If you have NSO and like the game boy Mega Man games, have you played them yet?

Do you have another charging cable you can use? This would help rule out if it's the charging port or not. I've looked on Google and people are saying that the charging cable might not be giving the Vita enough power to charge properly. Someone on ifixit's community posted this solution below, give it a try and see if that fixes your issue. If this doesn't work, it could be something internally causing an issue.
