  1. Lately I've been playing both Palworld as well as the Tomb Raider Remasters. I'm hoping I'll actually be able to finish Tomb Raider 3, I tried beating the original game on the PS1 but I gave up on it since it upset me lol. I'm only at level 25 in Palworld, though honestly I've been playing Tomb Raider more recently.
  2. What I mean by a professional email is one that isn't a free email provided by a company like Google or Yahoo. Lots of website owners usually have professional emails set up for their sites that people can contact if they need to. You can actually get one from your internet service provider if you didn't know, I know some places like Reset Era is set up to where you have to have a professional email to join their community. I have a few for my websites, but I don't have a personal one. They can come in handy too if you're looking for a new job, you can just use your own yahoo or gmail account but it looks more professional with a professional email account.
  3. During the week if I have to work I get up around 4 AM, on my days off it varies depending on what time I go to sleep. If I go to bed late, I usually get up around 9 or 9:30 but if I go to bed at a somewhat decent time I get up at 8 or 8:30.
  4. I wish they would do more bundles with the Series X, I prefer to have physical copies of games and own a few physical Xbox One/360 games that are backwards compatible that I would have to either play on my Xbox One if I got a Series S, or sell them and get them digitally which I don't want to do. It's a good deal for those who are new to owning a Xbox console though.
  5. Remember in the 90's, 00's and early 10's we got a bunch of movie tie in video games? You ever wonder why companies no longer make these games anymore? Some of them were actually pretty good, The Emperor's New Groove on the PS1 was a fantastic platformer, I would say it's a hidden gem. I haven't really seen any movie tie in games anymore, I guess they were usually made for a quick cash grab in the 00's and 10's. The 90's really did a good job making games based on movies, heck even some games were completely different styles depending on what console you played it on. Look at the first Jurassic Park game for example, the Sega Genesis version was completely different from the SNES and even the Sega CD versions of the game. Are you a fan of some movie tie in games?
  6. I had some frozen chicken rings, some chips and a Mountain Dew Voltage after I got off work. I dipped my chicken rings in barbecue sauce that I had left over from Burger King. The frozen chicken rings don't taste as good as ones from White Castle, but they weren't bad!
  7. I love ketchup and hate mayo, so I would rather have a sandwich with ketchup than have a bowl of cereal with orange juice since I hate eating sweet things and drinking sweet drinks. It's a bad combination, and just thinking about it makes me cringe lol.
  8. We don't have Galaxy here, but I will say that Cadbury or any foreign chocolate is much better than the milk chocolate bars made here in the United States. I always enjoy getting Cadbury products, we don't have many here though sadly. The creme eggs are my favorite, they only come out around Easter and Halloween.
  9. I hope so, it's been too long since we've got a new game. Honestly I haven't played any of the games outside of a few of the PS1 titles, but man I had some good times playing Twisted Metal with my cousin. He used to bring some games with him whenever he'd come over to my grandma's house during the summertime.
  10. One song that I remember singing to at the age of 4 was Ace of Base's The Sign. I used to think some of the lyrics were "Now I'm a puppy dog" when she says "Now I'm happier living without you." :V I've always had auditory processing issues, it's much better now than it was when I was a kid but I still have it.
  11. My biggest fear is definitely heights, when my spouse and I go to the mall I can't be near the railing when we're on the second floor. I walk on the side closest to the stores lol. I also hate spiders and insects, but I feel like my fear of some insects are slowly starting to go away. I joined the insects subreddit and started to show some appreciation to these small creatures.
  12. Teen Titans and Rugrats are the two main cartoons I associate my childhood with. Rugrats was my favorite cartoon until Teen Titans premiered. I was super obsessed with the show and Raven too lol. I had to watch it every time it came on even if it was a episode I've seen a bunch of times. I even recorded some episodes on vhs when I was younger too, before the DVDs were released.
  13. I enjoy Sonic 06 and many people claim it to be the worse Sonic game. (Though I beg to differ, Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric was way worse.) I think Bubsy is funny and annoying at the same time since he's constantly talking and I like his stupid pun "What could pawsibly go wrong?" Heck I even enjoyed Mighty No. 9 a bit too, even though it really should have been better.
  14. If there's any console I would love to own all the peripherals for it would be the Sega Genesis, but like you mentioned it's going to be impossible to own them all since there were so many third party peripherals being released and these days some of them are considered rare and valuable. So if I was even to find them, they would be super expensive to purchase. I think the one I want the most that I don't own is the Sega Activator, it's a giant controller that you place on the floor and use your feet to control your games. I'm sure it doesn't work that well, but it looks cool.
  15. Every year bad games are created, it just seems like in recent years more and more people are being vocal about the ones that suck so they end up getting lots of publicity. I don't think these companies are really intentionally making bad games, they just aren't putting enough time and effort into releasing good games. Some of these games were straight up ripoffs of more successful games, this is nothing new though.
  16. I can't really see how they're going to top the Switch. If they make a sequel to it, what new features are they going to add? I doubt they'd only focus on VR, but what other new gimmick could they possibly come out with? The hybrid console/handheld was the perfect idea since not only could gamers just play their favorite games on the tv but they could take their Switch with them and play on the go too.
  17. I'd love to transport to Jump City, which is the city the Teen Titans live in the 2003 animated series. I'd like to be Beast Boy, if I couldn't be an original character that is. I always related more to him than any other character in the series.
  18. Raven from Teen Titans is my favorite fictional character of all time and though I still think she's awesome, I used to be really obsessed with her so I came up with the username "Raven Freak" in 2008, but decided to combine the two since it looked better. I used to go by Ravenisawesome on some forums.
  19. I hate spiders and I can't understand why people would have them as pets. Anyways I've never been afraid of the dark and that's a pretty common fear though mainly children are usually afraid of the dark. I'm also not afraid of thunder/lightning, it's apparently a common phobia. I'm also not afraid of snakes and I think they're cute lol.
  20. I usually only like food names for pets, human name for pets just sound weird to me. It's not cute, just imagine calling over this little cute kitten and his name is Bob or Oliver. (Oliver is a very popular kitten/cat name and it makes me cringe every time I find out someone named their cat that lol.) Right now I've got a kitten named Mochi, it fits him well too.
  21. One of my most favorite PS1 games is Digimon World 3! I remember my best friend got a copy of the game, shortly after he did I got one too and got another one of my friends hooked. (She was actually my childhood crush lol.) Anyways Digimon World first made it's debut on the PS1, but there were a few other titles in the series that were released on other consoles. The first four games are different types of RPGs, the first one is a rogue like where you have to make sure to feed your Digimon, just like the virtual pets the series was originally based on. The second game is a dungeon crawler with turned based battles, the third game is just your run of the mill turned base RPG, and the fourth one is a hack and slash. Did anyone else enjoy these games? I find myself going back and playing DW3 the most, I would like to finish the second game someday. (And try to get through the first one as well.)
  22. Oh man there's so many songs I can listen to over and over again and never get bored with them. It really depends on my mood, right now it's Seether's Driven Under. I actually just learned that they used to go by a different name, Saron Gas and there's an earlier version of the track. It isn't as good as the version on their Disclaimer album, but it's still a banger. Here's the Disclaimer version:
  23. I'm not sure if anyone was aware, but a fan was porting Portal over to the Nintendo 64. However, the project was taken down since it used proprietary libraries and Valve didn't want Nintendo to come knocking on their door and try suing them. Someone else is working on removing the proprietary libraries so the project could potentially continue if all the proprietary code is removed from the project. Usually I do get upset at Nintendo when ROM hacks are taken down especially if people aren't making a profit off the hacks, but this time it makes sense for Valve to be cautious.
  24. I don't think most of them will become collectibles, they're mass produced these days. Now older bootleg consoles like the Super Joy III are getting difficult to find, I wish I kept my Super Joy III. It was harder to sell bootlegs back in the day, but now since Temu, Wish, and Aliexpress exist there's always people selling these bootlegs on those platforms.
  25. Honestly sometimes I get the same excitement as I did when I was a kid, but it's rare that I do. If it's a game I really love or have been looking forward to for a while, then I get that same thrill. I think when I was younger it was more thrilling to get a new game since I was a kid and obviously didn't have any money to buy new games so it was cool to get a brand new game that your parents or relatives think you'd enjoy, and then you get to read the back of the case and read the manual to see what the game is all about. I do miss those days.
