    As someone who plays a lot of Fortnite, I come across a lot of content on social media platforms from leakers who have had access to files and been able to find information to leak about a current update or updates that are due to be released. Some people do not mind finding information that is leaked but others tend to steer clear of it as much as they can. What are your thoughts on video game leakers?

    Social media is one of the places you will find a lot of rumours fly around in regards to video game rumours, video game update rumours or even new console rumours. Some outlets on social media are trustworthy and you find they tend to only post rumours that are confirmed but then you will get accounts that will post rumours just because they can without any confirmation. When it comes to social media and video game rumours, do you trust it or are you sceptical?

    It's not too often we see snow at Christmas in the UK, the last time I remember seeing snow in the UK or England for that matter on Christmas Day was back in 2010 and it was amazing to see and really made things feel a lot more festive. Do you hope for snow at Christmas? When was the last time you had snow at Christmas?

    We don't get this much anymore, not like we used to but I always remember around the week of Christmas and even on Christmas Eve, we would get Christmas Carollers come to the door and it always felt really festive and added to the mood. I can't even remember the last time we had them come to the door which is a shame. Do you get carollers are your door around Christmas?

    Christmas is just over 5 weeks away and I for one can not believe we are that close to Christmas. It doesn't seem that long ago it was Christmas 2022! With Christmas comes Christmas music and whilst some tend to start listening to Christmas music early on, others tend to listen to it closer to the time. Have you started listening to Christmas music yet?

    Video game collectibles are something that used to be really popular but I can't say I hear about it as much as I used to anymore now even though I know there are still items out there that can be used as collectibles for purchase. Do you have any video game collectibles whether you bought them or received them with a game?

    You will have seen that a lot of games tend to have merchandise and a lot of that does end up being clothing of some kind, t-shirts tend to be the most popular when it comes to clothing merchandise for games. Do you tend to buy any kind of gaming merchandise clothing? Do you have a favourite?

    Modern Warfare 3 finally released on November 10th 2023 and with it came a promotion with Monster Energy. Certain cans of Monster Energy would have a code on the ring pull of the can that you could enter into Monster Energy's website for a code to redeem in-game items such as double XP, weapon wraps and skins as well. My son has been collecting these and has been able to get quite a few in-game rewards and also quite a bit of double XP. Have you been collecting and redeeming the codes on the ring pulls from Monster cans?

    Some amazing news came out last week regarding GTA VI. It has been highly anticipated for a long time that GTA VI would be announced but we had yet to hear anything from Rockstar Games themselves. This changed in early November when Rockstar Games finally announced that they would be showing off something in December. Whether that is early, middle or end of December is still to be known but the good news is, we are finally going to get something for GTA VI You can read more about this announcement here What are your thoughts on this announcement? Are you excited?

    There has been a lot of speculation regarding whether Nintendo may announce a new console soon and many feel it may be the Nintendo Switch 2 that is announced. Nothing as of yet has been announced by Nintendo themselves but being that it has been around 6 years since they released the Nintendo Switch, it could be coming up to a time for a new release. Would you like to see a Nintendo Switch 2 announced?

    Christmas is slowly creeping up on us and with that comes a time when we either buy presents or we receive presents from friends and family. Many people like to receive video games as gifts when it comes to Christmas and depending on which video games have been released and the ones that have not been picked up by yourself yet will depend on which ones you may like to receive for Christmas. Are you hoping to get any games for Christmas? If so, which ones are you hoping for?

    Xbox Series S 1TB

    You may be aware that back in September, Microsoft released a new console which is the Xbox Series S but it is now in Carbon Black and has 1TB of storage. My kids have asked if they can upgrade to this console for Christmas and I have said I will see what I can do as it would be ideal being that they struggle or storage with their current Series S which has less storage. Have you or will you be picking up the Xbox Series S 1TB?

    This is the first time I have heard of anyone being allergic to mint, I honestly did not realize it was something you could be allergic to. They do say you learn something every day though.

    When I was born, I was a tiny baby and when my dad saw me, he instantly gave me a nickname due to how small I was and that was Diddy. Throughout my life, he would always call me either Diddy or Did. It used to annoy me as I got older and into my teen years but it was a nickname my dad gave me so I tolerated it and still do to this day 🙂

    I am sorry to hear this, I too also tested positive along with my kids last month and I still have some symptoms including an annoying cough. I hope you are feeling much better now since testing positive, definitely not nice to have.

    I used to be someone who could fall asleep anywhere when I was tired but now, I can never fully shut off unless I am in a bed and have blankets over me. I have been known to also fall asleep on the couch but that is usually if I am feeling unwell or a migraine attacks.

    It is advised that we should be eating at least three meals a day and there are a huge range of foods that we can eat each day so that we have a variety of different foods to choose from and never get bored of the same food. I always like to see these threads as it sometimes gives me inspiration for a different meal or food to try. With that being said, what was the last thing you ate? For me it was a bagel with chocolate spread.

    As humans we all have to drink to stay hydrated but not everyone has the same drink they like to have to help keep them hydrated and some of us will drink different drinks throughout the day and it will vary on what the last thing you drank was. With that being said, what was the last thing you drank? For me, I am currently drinking a can of 7UP.

    Most of us more than likely watch TV and we have our favourite shows that we like to watch or maybe we tend to watch the same series quite a lot due to how much we enjoy it. I thought it would be good to have a thread where you can post the last TV show you watched, who knows, you may find a new TV series to watch 🙂 The last TV show I watched was WWE Smackdown last Friday. What was the last TV show you watched?

    Horror games are a genre of game you either love or hate, it is very rare that you see any in between. I myself have played some horror games in the past but will admit that they are not my favourite and it is rare that I do play them. With so many video games available already and thinking about ones that are not available, what horror game would you like to see released that we have not see yet?

    This is a tough one as I feel Nintendo has touched almost everything when it comes to features for their consoles, even as far as Nintendo 3D in the past. Something I would definitely like to see for the newest Nintendo console when it is released is more storage within the console before you need to upgrade to more storage yourself. I feel this is a must for most consoles.

    I will admit, this is exciting times for sure for those who play Activision Blizzard games and it is going to be interesting to see what they offer in terms of games that may come to Game Pass. This is for sure great news though and one that I am sure many are happy about.

    I too have been looking into investing in a VR headset, mainly because my youngest has asked for one numerous times and it would be nice to get one for the family. My son did mention about the Meta Quest 2 as the best one with the Meta Quest 3 being so new but have not really looked into it. Would be interesting to hear others opinions on what to go for.

    I heard that Baldurs Gate 3 got Game Of The Year in the Golden Joystick Awards. https://www.pushsquare.com/news/2023/11/baldurs-gate-3-dominates-golden-joystick-awards-wins-game-of-the-year I will admit, it will have been difficult this year to be able to pin point who would have won it but I had my eyes on either Fortnite or Hogwarts Legacy for Game of the Year.
