As gamers we play many games and some of them can be fun to play but not addictive and you will also find a game that you play and it becomes too addictive. I myself used to play The Sims but I had to stop playing as I would get addicted to the game and would spend so many hours on the game without realizing and that would bug me especially if I had things that I needed to do and they ended up not getting done because I got addicted. Has there ever been a game you have stopped playing because it became too addictive? What game was it and have you risked going back to it at any point or just left it alone?

GTA V will be 10 years old this year and that is quite a long time for a video game to still be quite busy and popular. Rockstar have definitely ensured that they released updates to keep the game fresh and enjoyable for their players and I feel that shows with how popular online is on this game. My eldest son started playing GTA V over Christmas again and he has been having a lot of fun with it and is quite surprised himself how much fun he is having even now the game is almost 10 years old. Do you still play GTA V now? What keeps you playing if you do still play?

When it comes to video games and story related games, it can vary on how long you play the game for before you end up finishing the game. Some games can only be a few hours long whereas others could take a lot longer to complete at least one story play through. What is the longest story line game that you have ever played? Did you find the game kept you interested or did you struggle to get through the story due to the length?

If there is something I have noticed over the last couple of years, it's how many video game developers that have chosen to take their games free to play and it has been quite a success for many. It started out that we saw games like PUBG and Fortnite as free to play games and then slowly we started seeing more developers releasing games that were free to play. Do you think that free online multiplayer games will become more frequent? Even developers like Activision have chosen to release their own Battle Royale that is free to play and we have also seen games like Paladins and Realm Royale which was re-released a few months ago after they closed down.

When Destiny 2 was announced as going to be a free to play game, many were quite excited to see it go free to play but many were unaware that it would only be the base game that would go free to play and not the DLC, this led to confusion from many who thought that when it would go free to play, they would be able to play with their friends until they hit the roadblock where there friends would have DLC and they didn't. What are your thoughts on Destiny 2 being a free to play but needing to purchase the majority of the game as DLC?

Paladins is a game that is similar to Overwatch in a way but with different characters. The game plays in a similar way to how Overwatch plays and before Overwatch went free to play, many would always refer to Paladins as a free version of Overwatch. I remember back in around 2018 - 2019 I would play Paladins a lot as a change to Overwatch when I was getting kind of burned out on it and I had a lot of fun on it. Do you play Paladins? What are your thoughts on it say compared to Overwatch?

Even though I have played the multiplayer side of Halo Infinite I have not as of yet played the campaign and I have heard mixed things about the campaign from different people and it got me wondering if anyone here has played the Halo Infinite campaign and if it was what they expected? I have read some reviews as well and many have stated that it was exactly what the franchise needed.

I have heard a lot of people talking about Apex Legends possibly ending up dying due to how many updates that EA tends to bring out and how much they still seem to be working on the game. I was talking to someone the other day that said they felt that Apex Legends may not have much longer left and may end up being left to die much like Titanfall 1 & 2 were by EA. What are your thoughts on Apex Legends? Do you feel that the game will be left to die out by EA or do you feel they will keep it going into the future? I personally love the arena mode on Apex Legends so I would hate to see the game die so soon but with EA's track record in the past, it is a possibility.

With Harry Potter being so popular, it's not shock that we would also see Harry Potter video games come to consoles as well and we have had quite a few over the years which have been a lot of fun to play. Out of all the Happy Potter games that were released, which ones have you played and which were your favorite? I have played pretty much all of them myself including the Lego Harry Potter games and I honestly couldn't choose a favorite if I am honest as I enjoyed them all so much and being a big Harry Potter fan, all of them lived up to my expectations as well.

We have seen many movies over the years be turned into video games from Goldeneye to Ghostbusters and even Home Alone and Michael Jackson's Moonwalker which are some of the ones I can think of off the top of my head. As much as we have had movies turned into video games, we also have movies that could have been video games but never were made into video games. If you could make any movie a video game, what movie would you choose?

Again, just like with maps, we have seen a lot of weapons come to Call of Duty games over the years, many that we either love or hate or can just tolerate in the games. Of all the weapons that have been released in each Call of Duty game to date, which weapon would you say is your favorite? Why would you say this weapon is your favorite?

We have seen so many Call of Duty maps over the years and many that have been updated or revamped for newer Call of Duty games and it is always guaranteed that anyone who has played Call of Duty will always have that one map that they just love and enjoy playing on any time it comes up in rotation. Of all the maps that have come to Call of Duty over the year, what would you say is your most favorite to date? For me I would have to say that my most favorite is Express. I loved that map and if I remember rightly it was brought back again in another Call of Duty game but I can't for the life of me remember which one it was.

We all have that one video game that we love to go back to no matter how old it is that we can play over and over again and not get tired of it. It could be a game from our childhood or maybe a game that we played more recently. What game can you go back to over and over again and not get tired of? Like no matter how many times you have played through it you can still go back to it and enjoy it like it was your first time playing?

So I a few months ago found out that TikTok has finally released their live stream program called TikTok Studio and it enables streamers to go live from their PC to TikTok so they are able to bring video game streams to TikTok. From what I understand it is a good way of getting established and people have had success streaming on TikTok playing their favorite video games. Unfortunately, due to me getting banned on my account where I had 3000 followers with no given reason at all and an 'issue' with my appeal button showing, I lost my access to be able to stream live on TikTok and I am slowly working my way back up there. Has anyone here used TikTok studio to live stream video game content to TikTok? How have you found it?

With mobile gaming becoming more popular now with games coming to mobile that give people the ability to be able to go pro, it got me wondering how many people here would consider going pro with mobile gaming. I see many people who play Call of Duty mobile and Apex Legends mobile who have played enough and practiced enough that they are now able to go pro in these games and that is quite amazing considering they use the in-game screen controls to play. Would you ever go pro in mobile gaming if you had the chance to?

If there is one thing I see a lot of on say TikTok and even YouTube is how many people who have had an accident of some sort when using VR, whether it be punching someone by accident, falling over or even falling into something and breaking it, there have been many accidents involving VR over the years and I feel that will be something that happens for a long time to come. Have you yourself ever had an accident when playing VR or do you know someone who has? What kind of accident was it and how bad was it? I don't think so far I have heard much about people needing to go to the hospital for accidents but I guess it could be possible depending on the accident.

Many games nowadays are either released with cross-platform or they are released without it and cross-platform comes later in the games life if there is enough interest in wanting the game to be cross-platform. Unfortunately, as much as many games have come cross-platform, we are still seeing some games that are just not even though many would love to see them cross-platform. What game do you play that doesn't have cross-platform yet that you would like to see go cross-platform? Are there any talks about the game you mentioned possibly getting cross-platform?

With 2022 we leave behind many games that were either great or really bad and mobile gaming is one place that had releases in 2022 as well as people who discovered a new mobile game in 2022 as well. Of all the mobile games you played in 2022 which one would you say was your worst? What made it the worst for you?

So far we have seen many games come to VR but there are more than likely still many games that have not come to VR yet that would work with VR. In most cases it could be that they would be possible to come to VR but the developers just haven't done it yet or they just do not want to see their game in VR. If you could see any game in VR that isn't already in VR what game would it be?

So a Twitch streamer I watch, NickEh30 was the other day playing Among Us in VR and I have to admit, seeing it played in VR was just amazing and a completely different experience and it got me wanting to play it in VR myself. I believe it has been out a few months now but it is the first time I have seen it played. I love to play Among Us when I have some spare time but in VR is definitely a goal I have. Have you played Among Us in VR and how is it playing it in VR compared to say on a console or mobile or PC?

World of Warcraft has been a game that has been going for many years and still even now, to this day it is a very popular game played by many. I myself used to play it years ago but because I got so addicted to it, I ended up stopping playing and have resisted the urge to go back to it, even though many have tried to encourage me to do so. I also resist the urge due to the fee you have to pay to play it as well and with my current schedule, I am not sure I would play it enough to justify it. Do you still play World of Warcraft?

When you are a gamer, one of the things many of us would love to be able to do is make our own game. Often we already have an idea as to what we would like to base our game on or what the story line will be but we don't always have the means to get started and make it a reality. My younger brother studied game design in college for 3 years and towards the end of it, he did start to make a video game with his buddies in college which was playable but they never too it any further than that and ended up parting ways after the left college. Have you ever made your own video or would you ever want to make your own video game?

With so many mobile games released now, you would think it wouldn't be possible to come up with something new and unique to bring to the mobile gaming world that hasn't been done already. You will be surprised at some ideas some people have that you think to yourself "Wow, that sounds amazing" that you would think would have been done before but it hasn't. Have you ever had an idea for a mobile game? Is it something that is quite unique to something that has been done before or maybe has a unique twist on it?

I have been trying a few new mobile games just recently to help pass the time or to just take my mind off things a little and to chill a little when I have a spare few minutes. One thing I noticed on at least one of the mobile games I downloaded to try was just how many ads they have in such a short space of time. I understand that they need to pay for their games somehow, especially if their game is quite new and they need the funds to help keep it running, but I feel that in most cases having them say every 1 - 2 minutes is a little overkill and can be off putting to people playing the game, especially when in most cases you have to wait nearly a minute before you can close the ad. What are your thoughts on ads on mobile games? Do you feel they can sometimes be a little over kill?

I was having a look at mobile games in the Google Play Store yesterday and I found a few scratch card mobile games available which got me curious as to how many people use them and if anyone here has ever played a scratch card game on their phone. I myself have never tried any scratch card games on my phone, only seen them. Have you ever used any scratch card games on your phone or is that something you would avoid?
