  1. Let’s say over the course of a month, how much money would you spend on gaming? All together including any micro transactions, subscriptions, games, consoles or even merch. Do you have a budget that you won’t exceed or do you just buy what you want?
  2. Anyone ever tried a virtual reality game? If so what game was it and what console? How did it make you feel playing? Did it feel the same as real life? I’d love virtual reality games to come with the ability to feel senses too, but we’ll see where the future will take us
  3. Has anyone ever been to a video game arcade? Do you remember the first time you went and when that was? What video games did you play? As technology and the industry advances we are seeing less and less arcades on the streets now.
  4. In what ways can video gaming be educational? A lot of schools block and discourage video gaming as a whole but surely it has some educational benefit to it? One that I can think of right of the bat is that some games can improve reaction time which can help later on in life, with things like driving.
  5. Can you remember the first video game you ever played? For most of us here this question will take us back for a walk in memory lane to our early years as a child on this planet. I can’t be for sure, but I think one of the very first games I played was Mario Kart on the original Nintendo Wii.
  6. This question is for the slightly older ones here. I’m only 24, so I can’t really answer the question in full. However, Over the last 25 years, how has video gaming changed? And what would you say were the biggest changes? Were they positive or negative? Is the industry changing too?
  7. As the title states, Should small children be allowed to play violent video games? Why or Why not? A lot of parents will buy age restricted games, usually 18+ markers, for their children. The children get around by having their parents buying them the title. What do you think about this?
  8. Are video games bad for your health, in your opinion? If so what ways are they bad for you? Have you personally experienced any symptoms either short or long term or known anyone who has? I’ve heard of gamers who develop a unhealthy addiction
  9. Do your parents or grandparents spend any time playing video games? If so, what originally got them into video gaming? And, how often do they play and what sort of titles? Was it you who got them into it
  10. What different devices do you use for gaming? I mostly use my mobile phone but occasionally I’ll play on my Laptop when I have time. Mobile is my preferred option as it’s portable and you can do it practically anywhere
  11. Largest unexpected bill I’ve had is an electricity bill. For many years I have been underpaying each month as my electric company didn’t take the readings correctly resulting in a bill I’ve had to pay for more than £3000. This happened when I switched from standard meter to a smart meter.
  12. We don’t call it citizens arrest. In the UK, people refer to it as such but it’s known as any other persons arrest powers. This is outlined under S24A Pace that gives any other persons certain arrest powers when an offence is being or has been committed.
  13. Saving up to pay off my car loan, short term debt and other expenses. I’m also saving up a significant amount of money month by month to attempt to afford the ability to travel to see Australia in the upcoming years.
  14. A little he of an interesting but weird question to ask. However, like others have said, over. It’s easier to access it when it’s hanging over. (When nature calls)!
  15. I’d probably prefer working abroad for the year. As in your free time you have a steady source of income to aid you exploring and enjoying the new country your working in. There again, studying abroad can allow you to gain an insight and a qualification into a higher paying job role
