Never heard a song that screams "rich spoiled mainstream pop star" more than this. It doesn't even sound ironic.

Fraggle Rock had amazing music. Still one of my favourite TV shows to this day. It touched on like every genre and did it greatly. This song stuck with me through my early years a lot.

Not that I know of. We do still keep the mythos alive though and I learned about the norse gods as a child, so in a way they are still kept alive. But if anyone follows them as a religion, I don't think so. Most of us are atheists.

Doesn't excuse your behaviour in my opinion. I think you went a bit too far. Would've been enough to just educate him, I don't see why it was okay to outright verbally abuse the kid.
