  1. Agreed, they need to be treated like everyone else...
  2. Undertale. It definitely changed my perspective on what a game can be. If you think Human Revolution is creepy in how accurately it reflects the world, try playing the original Deus Ex. Some of the stuff in that game still gives me chills.
  3. Borderlands 1. Expected to hate it, ended up becoming one of my favourite games.
  4. Blood Duke Nukem Syndicate Half-Life Saints Row
  5. EA has published games that I enjoy so I think they could do well if they wanted to.
  6. This is an excellent remaster. The fact they got the original TV series cast back to voice the characters says it all about how much effort went into it.
  7. If it's another battle royale, colour me not interested lol But if it's anything like Titanfall 2, I'll probably like it.
  8. They have proven TWICE that they have squandered the Star Wars license...
  9. I think they want to kill the physical games market and make it so people only stream games. Not a direction I'm a fan of.
  10. Pokémon has great music but I've never really seen myself as a fan of those games.
  11. I would say what it does really well is world building. I've had a lot of fun just walking around in the game and paying attention to the stuff going on around you and the little stories everywhere. I also really like how unique it was with its hacker-oriented gameplay.
  12. Aside from Cyberpunk 2077 I would say it's Borderlands 3.
  13. Pretty much any console exclusive since the PS3 and 360.
  14. I would say Watch_Dogs really suffered from it. The game is actually not that bad but the hype just made it really disappointing to a lot of people.
  15. Top 10: 1. Deus Ex (PC) 2. Jazz Jackrabbit 2 (PC) 3. Star Fox (SNES) 4. Shovel Knight 5. Mega Man 2 (NES) 6. Batman (NES) 7. Command & Conquer (PC) 8. Duck Tales 9. Gaiares (Mega Drive) 10. Undertale
  16. I would say it's stuff like loot boxes, too many games jumping on trends like Battle Royale and the fact we still don't have Half-Life 3.
  17. I feel the indie market is huge at the moment. I mean, it's always been there but lately it's been where you would find some of the most inventive and emotional gaming experiences. And a lot of games for people who want a nostalgia kick too. Being an indie game dev myself, I am really happy that it's easier than ever to publish indie games. But that of course makes it even more important to stand out and make something memorable or niche.
