I had no lag during any of my playtime, just so it's said. I think that was mostly fixed after day 1. And they have said the game will have no microtransactions either, other than some cosmetic stuff that you can still buy with ingame currency anyway.
-
Given the fact that BioWare have been really good at handling the criticism so far, I doubt it.
-
Of course. They have in the past and most likely will continue to. But they have released games I've loved so I remain optimistic.
-
Hopefully you'll read my review when I write it ^_^
-
I'm remaining optimistic given BioWare's so far transparent relationship with the fans. I refuse to stay that cynical to be honest.
-
Yeah their policy is stupid. They should be focusing on the single player market as well in my opinion. Anthem isn't a bad game though and I definitely enjoyed the demo (when it was working at least) so I still have hopes for it.
-
We really need another good single player story driven game in the universe...

I don't mind cosmetic DLC as long as the game is fun enough to make me wanna actually spend money on it. Black Ops 4 is just too mediocre for me to feel it's worth it.
-
I pretty much agree with all of this. Black Ops 4 is a really average game, way more than previous games in my opinion. Even if the recent games have been very polarizing they have at least given players some value and interesting stuff for their money. Black Ops 4 just feels like a massive ripoff.

I used to before I started using glasses.

I think it was in Infinite Warfare but there was this laser rifle that you could split into two and suddenly have akimbo SMG's. Was really cool and dynamic and I loved it.
-
Yeah it's a multiplayer only game. And it's not really a review, more like "this is what I thought about the demo" thing. I'm doing a full review when the game is released.

https://www.vgr.com/anthem-first-impressions-vip-demo/ Here are some thoughts on the VIP Demo for Anthem. Will continue covering the game, so hope you will give it a read. 🙂

Awesome. 🙂

As a reviewer myself I tend to avoid reviews for games I am interested in since in most cases, they don't really affect my decision that much. And I would much rather give an opinion that is my own of a game than give someone else's opinion.

I'm not into Battle Royale so it's not for me, but it seems like a solid enough mode. Is it worth the full price though? Eeeehhh...

Two nominations. Come on people, we can have more votes in here lol

Definitely northern Norway where I come from. Especially around the polar circle. If you come at winter there's beautiful northern lights and if you come during summer you have sun 24/7 and just gorgeous landscapes. The second location I would say is definitely visiting some of our mountains. Galdøpiggen is a classic but really tall. Torghatten is a smaller mountain that has a huge hole in it. I went up there once and it was pretty cool. Finally, just take a trip through Norway cause our entire country is just great scenery. Lots of coastlines.

Best: Probably Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Just really intuitive and easy to grasp. And the inventory management is actually somewhat fun. Worst: Deus Ex: The Fall just to stay on the same thread. Has really finnicky touch screen emulation so using it with a mouse is just a pain in the ass.

My favourite entry in the series being remastered? Sign me up.

I would do that all the time in school and some early jobs where I'd prioritize gaming and end up coming in late or not at all some days. Probably cause I made some wrong choices and didn't really feel passionate about what I was doing at the time. Not really in that position anymore.

Dreamfall: The Longest Journey may have the worst combat system I've ever had the displeasure of playing.

I used to read Retro Gamer. Considering picking up a subscription at some point. Otherwise I read some comic books, particularly Nemi (a Norwegian comic magazine).
