This is too funny Tekken boss and game director Katsuhiro Harada is once again petitioning his many followers for information about the mysterious breakfast restaurants that litter the Southern US that seem to have a strange culture all their own. He's referring, of course, to Waffle House. Harada tweeted a lengthy response to a video that appears to show a raucous brawl breaking out at a Waffle House. In it, he asks many pressing questions, such as, "Why do fights like this between waitstaff and customers happen so often in this restaurant?" He notes that he's never seen "plates and chairs flying around" in his world travels, and he discounts the explanation that the restaurants' 24-hour service and reputation for inebriated customers causes these sort of confrontations. He finishes with a stark conclusion: "I need to learn more about American society." Uhhhh ... he needs to visit the local Waffle House LOL

After more than 25 years, one of the most influential series of all time is about to make a return, thanks to a huge new remake that revitalizes a groundbreaking classic for the 21st century. And it’s arriving really, really soon. It's a remake of Riven! I'm so excited 😍

20 Amazing Games That Have Completely Disappeared From Storefronts
Bilita replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
I agree! There were so many awesome games from the early 2000's, and there was no transfer of publishing rights. One site thta I remember is myabandonware.com which used to have some old downloads, but there are often multiple versions -
Are there games you wished to have played this year?
Bilita replied to Heatman's topic in Gaming Forum
One thing that I always do is add the games to my STeam account on the wishlist, and whenever there's a big sale, I always do a quick check. If the game is every on an amazingly sale, like 75% off, then that's when I buy it. It's great, because I'm always playing new games at fantastic prices -
$70 is like the new price for a tripleA game, which is crazy. It's hefty, but when you think about how many games sell DLC's (which can quickly add up), then $70 isn't that much anymore

Worst experience with hackers and cheaters in games
Bilita replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
I remembered playing Age of Empires back in the day, and they had online cheaters which was always frustrating. I wish companies would come down harder on cheaters 😠 -
There's a new Lara Croft Tomb Raider game coming out which sounds super exciting (although I think in this case, it's a reverse - the movie is a tie-in to the game!)

I definitely keep going back to a handful of few casual games, but I do love trying new and fun games when they go on sale!

OMG I just watched Madame Web too on Netflix It was surprisingly good, I wasn't expecting much since I think Marvel is just pumping out the most random movies now, but it was suprisingly enjoyable. Like a solid 8 / 10 when you have low expectations LOL

I haven't been to the movie theaters in FOREVER ... last movie I went to go watch was Dune last year, and that was the only movie that I saw in the theaters. My girlfriends and I do streaming parties at my house or one of their houses where we put on a movie in our living room, get comfy with the blankies, and have a blast.

You mean this scene where they're at the helm of the ship, right? One of my other favorite scenes that made me TOTALLY SOB is when they're on the frozen water

Wow, just read this news. So sad, do you think this might impact anything? On the second anniversary of the Uvalde school shooting, two lawsuits were revealed, filed on behalf of the families of the victims against a weapons manufacturer – and Activision Blizzard. The families are being represented by Josh Koskoff, who has gone on record as saying, ‘There is a direct line between the conduct of these companies and the Uvalde shooting.’ Meta was also named in one of the lawsuits, but the bulk of the litigation is being aimed at Activision Blizzard as the publisher of Call of Duty and Daniel Defense, a manufacturer of the weapon used in the school shooting that left 22 dead and a further 21 injured. https://insider-gaming.com/call-of-duty-school-shooter-lawsuit/

Opal would have to be my favorite. The best opal gems glitter with an irridescent hue, and it's almost like there's a small secret and magical world inside the gem

Candy Crush frustrates me on the higher levels. It gets really hard after awhile LOL

Developer Intent vs. Player Freedom: What's Your Take?
Bilita replied to killamch89's topic in Gaming Forum
This is why I love open world and simulation games, because it gives me hte freedom to do whatever I want. One of my most favorite games is Stardew VAlley. If I want to farm today, I go and farm. If I want to go and chat with townsfolks, I go and chat. I don't like being boxed in -
Activision opens up new studio called Elsewhere Entertainment
Bilita replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
Didn't they literally just close other studios? This is what happens when you become a publicly traded company
