About the conversations, we already have voice deep fake program, which only need 15 seconds of your voice to generate any dialog with the same tune and such. Can you imagine if this Hitman had this tecnology? That would be even more amazing.

Honestly judging by the amount of CODM YT streams (popular and unknown streamers) and social media profiles throughout most of the platforms looks like more gamers are 18+ The whiny kids are really the adults faking their age though, just so many kids playing those gams are crazy

Story is good. Gameplay is good. Dialogue is hit or miss for the most part, Nico is annoying, Tony Stark gives off creepy pedophile vibes. I enjoy it. Everyone got there own input and takes for games and not all will approve it. Good review though 😉

One big thing is that better AI is not always more fun. For the game I'm working on, we did a huge AI overhaul. As part of that we tested 3-4 flavors of new AI code. One of them was this super advanced almost human like AI. It was amazingly hard, enemies would flank you efficiently, they'd hide from you and sneak attack, they'd pick up weapons off the ground, they'd communicate with each other, at one point I thought they were just fucking with me and we were secretly playing multiplayer.

It's not just gaming that gives you headaches, it's other things also. When it comes to not feeling that well or having headaches I do not game at all. If I'm that bad I'm not even on my system. But what does give it to me after awhile are: Looking at the screen for hours and not wearing glasses and get eye strain not drinikng enought water THe way that you may sit on your chair So gaming for hours can start those things.

Not unpopular. I think the general population would agree that most social media is not productive. Only older generations feel that way about video games. It certainly depends on the games you play. Certain games are mindless and require little skill or critical thinking, but most games require some level of critical thinking. Even FPSs require strategy and practice prioritizing. RPGs hone countless skills which are useful in your everyday life.

The most important feature to encourage modding would have to be a modding tool. For example, the Elder Scrolls Construction Set could be used with a bit of practice without any prior game development experience. The mods could be built entirely with in game models, so they wouldn't clash with the game's art style. ANother LARGE is GTA mods, so many mods and whatnot for GTA for many years and it's big indeed. I started it back in GTA IV days LOL in 2012

the whole point of online esports is to have people watch it and pay lots of money, having a physical place, some big stadium with lots of tickets sold will always be the goal. so I doubt it will change. at least the important matches that bring a crowd and sell tickets will not change.

I thoroughly enjoy watching Longplays, they're like Let's plays, but the person playing is actually good at the game, it has no commentary, and it progresses through at a normal level without obstructions (so no trying to glitch, or 100%, or find eastereggs, or getting lost - it's like a gameplay movie, just several hours long.

It's a strain on the system is probably the main reason. ANd also people just hate it, I do 😉 It's not the best and it can be a poop hole. Sure I used to love playing goldeneye with all my friends on a 4-split. But nowadays I just can't get back into split screen. It sucks having a small screen and screen-looking completely ruins any competitive aspect of the game. LAN or WAN multiplayer is really the only way I'd want to play anymore.

Silent Hill 1 back in '99 as a kid is the most scared I've been by a video game in my whole life. the entire atmosphere, music, psychological elements, the disturbing monsters, fog and the entire tone of the game was unlike anything I'd played by that point and I cut my horror teeth on RE1-3, AITD so I had played horror games prior. as an adult Visage is probably the most scared I've been. the problem is that the game felt overly obtuse, largely boring and just lacked at hitting all the notes I love about horror games. that said I haven't had many games make me take "fear breaks" but hoo boy did that game make me take some of those lol.

I have been offerd to be a game tester myself, Someone said that there is aguy who works with this small compay and next they sent me a URL to the jon information. I read it and was not that pleased about what I was informed and turns out it was bigger then I thought and where they are based it's no good. being a game tester sounds easy but end of the day you end up typing a big book worth of every details and if you do not have a gaming system then you are pooped, as most won't offer you a $5,000 system 😛

I havent bought a single third party game i can think of since getting steam deck. They for sure are competitors, just valve isnt trying as hard as nintendo, like putting them in stores everywhere. Also i think switch is different demograph of people. But when two systems play the same games, they are competing 100%

One series that I would like a sequel to but probably won't happen is Twisted Metal. Honestly it could fill a niche because there are any car-combat games. I think maybe Gearbox could do the series justice because of the Borderlands games. It would be pretty solid especially with some of the mechanics they've had in their games. As long as the vehicles stay on the ground(meaning no hover or flying) and is character driven, narratively speaking like how Twisted Metal Black was, it would work. The last Twisted Metal game basically threw away the characters and it tanked.

Monitor arms make a huge difference and under desk headphone hook is a nice quality of life addition. That's what I like get soon anyway another new stand. You don’t necessarily have to spend a fortune on arms. If you thought you were going to move them around a lot then by expensive ones that adjust easily. But reality is, once they’re set you won’t likely move them again.

I'm going to say at this point in time it's all the GTA series and Flight Sim series 🙂 THen again not all HAl oare that good

Price? People often forget that disabled people usually aren't in the strongest position financially and cost is a big part of accessibility. Remember Microsoft selling a single red button for more than a standard controller?

They have a 13 minute game play trailer on IGN from over a year ago, comments seem to indicate this is not a real game as it look very good, I’m surprised Nvidia is sponsoring it as it makes it even more legit, not preordering but will buy after initial reviews are out

Judging from the fact that they partnered with Tencent, I imagine that the product was pretty much envisioned from the start for the Chinese market where mobile and cloud gaming is very popular. The market for something like this in North America seems like it would be really small as most people already have consoles or PCs to game on.

Aren't even the servers still going..? PSO can be had through emulation or private servers. I prefer the private servers though as they make it incredibly easy to get going and play online with others! There’s a few great servers like Schthack, Ephinea, and Ultima. If you want emulated I would recommend Dolphin’s emulator but you’ll need to obtain a copy of the game as a ROM.

Depends on the game that you are playing, I can't play two games if they are high demanding. I have seen people play GTA and MSFS2020 plus streaming on twitch XD. My system or should say my GPU can't do that. Unless I have a 4080 or 4090 😛
