If you could remove ONE thing from gaming, what would it be?
Empire replied to Shagger's topic in Gaming Forum
In Call of duty, Overkill hands down. There is no counterplay to someone immediately swapping to the better gun for the situation. I wouldn't hate it if pistols (other than the sykov) were actually good. Overkill is clearly the best perk in slot 2 and you can still run amped with it which is stupid good. Pocket quick draw 725 is completely ridiculous. -
It's crazy how I have never played these games but I've seems so any playthroughs because the Lore is just that interesting. But now since it's coming to the switch I think it's about time I experience them for myself

Hypetrain Digital? Those guys were the Publisher of CASE Animatronics [before Walnut, LLC bought the Franchise and developed a sequel "Case2". Simular to the Five Night Freddie series, which's license was bought by Striker Entertainment, LLC (who own a lot of licenses, including the Freddie games and also Dead by Daylight)].

It's one of those tech that people want or I got to have one of those so that I can say to people, Look what I got π However, It's not cheap, out of my bank budget. But why get a gaming phone to game, when I spend spend on more greater PC parts and game on a far bigger screen π Even the newer phone I say no too it.

If you into or wanted a racing based game then I would check out iRacing π

Whatβs the funniest place youβve ever fallen asleep?
Empire replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
I fell asleep in the dentist's chair during a checkup/teeth cleaning. It was actually pretty painful too, so I have no idea how I managed that. π -
One simple game, that you seat back and relexe is Microsoft Flight Simulator π

I would pick a Esport based on flying around in Air racing that they have once in a blue moon around the world. That's just thinking on what you do not haveas in Esports π

Best ways to recapture the magic of your first playthrough?
Empire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Playing the game for first time and streaming or recording it π 5 years later watching the Vod and enjoying it even more and thinking to yourself I can do this in so many differnt ways. -
The only thing that really comes to mind is Second Life. If you can get over the clunky interface and all the perverts, itβs a completely social environment. There's a smaller game called Tower Unite, it's based off a Garry's Mod gamemode, and it's pretty much a social game with a ton of minigames and shit. imo it's pretty fun and worth the money. Developers are super active with the community too

That also pee me off with short games, You pay X amount for the cost of the game for two hours worth, crazy. Unless it has other options like MP also. But lets say you pay $50 you won't more then 2 hours of of the story.

Yes and No, You meet new people and you tend to get to know them and then five years later you still do gaming with them. But it can be a worse option also, knowing who they are and you think, why did I get into.

Worst thing to happen to you because of an autosave?
Empire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Only once has this happen. I was playing baten kaitos (rpg) and I saved. No warning or anything but right afterwards there was a big fight that I was totally unprepared and under leveled. I tried to win but never got close, and I couldn't exit to level up. I had to restart my game. Now every time I'm given an option to choose which file to save my game I always alternate between two save files. -
Why follow people that makes you getting even more notifications, Just edit your notifications settings page and only get notifications that you really want, then you cut them down by half. Can't tell people to not quote you π Also it's always the same group of people that are active posting and keeping the site alive. VGA is all good π I been members on other fourms and I get 50 notifications a day and I do not complain π

What is a time you got a perfect kill by accident?
Empire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
In CSGO, I was shooting at everything and not even aiming, Those days or things that you do to annoying others in your team π anyway I was shotting at the wall and turns out that I killed an enemie. -
All im saying is, if this is another "Red Latern" "Oregon Trail" style game, I'm going to be upset π

It comes down to the fact that different games need you to be able to do different things, In racing sims you want to use your natural sense of speed and distance in order to know how far the apex of a corner is. This is only possible with an almost 'true' FOV, i.e., using the screen as a window to the game world. In an FPS all this doesn't matter. If you play CS:GO, it's not important whether that crate is 3m in front of you or 5m. But what you need to be able to do is identify targets quickly and have a big FOV so your screen covers as much space in front of you as possible. In the olden days, Quake 3 pros played with FOV settings of 120+.

I saw that demo of the game. I gotta say, it looks like a really good game
-
Ok this is interesting, I was expecting from the thumbnail something like Little Nightmares, but it's actually something different and honestly my kind of game
-
This game didn't die, and there is a third season. I remember this company handled this game like garbage with false promises to early access
-
I like Boss fights that are straight up fights, especially those that require skill, grit and a little bit of luck. Like those found in fighting games, or old school flight combat sims. In those you actually need to be the better fighter or pilot.

What puzzle can you always solve without mistakes?
Empire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I resolved a lot of puzzle alone, but there is two where I just watch the solution because they seems just awful : the ship's door puzzle and the RGB puzzle in the Town. I understand how to resolve them but fuck, a lot too much investment for what it is.
