Halo Infinite Player Creates Mario 64 Inspired Lava Map In Forge
Empire replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
I just don't understand the logic of not having even one legacy map in at launch. Obviously you want more new than old, but reimagined old maps has always been a part of Halo's DNA -
Hoping for P6 to be announced but I doubt it. Altus doesn't wait for these big shows to announce stuff. The tend to announce when they're ready.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles is a good one. Even though there isn't a single word of dialogue, by the time you're halfway through you'll be sick of taking Knuckles' shit.

I actually never even realized you the main character were Revan. I mean I thought it at first, but I also thought maybe one of the jedi's could have been Revan. Or that Revan altogether was dead actually dead. But at the time it was released I can kinda see why people really thought the story was good. I just enjoy those kinda games in general so I didn't expect it to have an amazing story. Still kept me interested though.

Most of the time it’s a scam and you can get refunded eBay takes action against scammers but you don’t wanna go through the trouble anyways. As long as they are not scrapers LOL. If you buy from eBay get the receipt from the retailer they bought from. Also don't pay more that retail. If you need to warranty the console Sony wont do it without the receipt.

Yet boost, that's just out of clickbat wrong at times with some of the titles and images

Hoping HFW wins it, that was GOTY for me, also hoping GT7 wins some price, i also really enjoyed that game. I'm one of the few who thinks elden ring was nothing special. Sure, i enjoyed playing it but that's that, i think it was actually a step backwards from bloodborne and the demon souls remake.

Looking forward to seeing the impact of the HDR display and the higher graphical performance from the eye tracked foviated rendering, the latter has been a curiosity of mine for years but I have a feeling I may be slightly disappointed as even in my peripheral vision I think I will be able to tell it’s lower resolution from aliasing flickering, though for years I’ve been dreaming of it being perfect, maybe it will be, either way I’m excited to see it, and having the darker darks and lighter lights I feel will be very impactful too.

Is this going to be set in the MCU or just made in collaboration with the guy who is directing the new Blade movie? I'm not sure how i feel about Ubi being the lead dev. Either way, i'm intrigued

Seizure/visual problems with gunfire in shooters
Empire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Nope, Yet I never noticed when the game starts but most do have a warming about flash etc that can harm people. -
It's the exact opposite for me, to be honest. Looking at games through a more critical eye has only led to me appreciating the sheer amount of work that goes into their design more. There's stuff in games I would have never known about if it weren't for critics.

Depends on what you are feeeling, CSGO is the game to get all my angry and stress out by killing evertthing that goes to poop. The Grand Theft Auto and God of War series let me vent my frustrations with the world in a healthy manner that didn't harm anyone else. If I couldn't act like an insane person in these games, who knows what my anger could have led to in real life.

Red Dead Redemption 2 should add an invader option on single player
Empire replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
Because they don't make money for doing so. We're past the days of passion projects, and making great games for the sake of a great game (with the exception of indie titles). All decisions require money. So if there isn't going to be a return on that investment, rockstar has no incentive to change anything. It sucks, ill admit, but the sooner you understand this you'll see these games for what they really are. -
Someone on reddit made a Neutralizing Boluses from Elden Ring in real life

What has made you cry hardest in a video game?
Empire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Red Dead Redemption. John’s overall journey just made me feel super emotional. Not gonna spoil it for anyone who hasn’t played, but he’s one of those characters whose life you just feel so immersed in. I’ve yet to play RDR2 in that case. -
Reasons to why you subscribe to Game Subscription Services
Empire replied to Gonassis's topic in Gaming Forum
Same reasons for most people to able to get hold of games each month at a simple cost a month. Rather then buying a new release game at around of $50, they might as well pay $8 a month and get 50 to 500 games that they can pick 🙂 simple and easy and cheap way. BUT, not for everyone, I like to own the game outright. It does cost way to much if you ended up just playing one game 😞 -
Games or game sections where you can avoid killing anything?
Empire replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
The first level in particular. When I first played the game, I treated it just like every other FPS at the time and went in guns blazing, almost smirking at the non-lethal option you are given. Because I had been told these were terrorists, they were the bad guys, they had done wrong things, so naturally they deserve no mercy. Then later on in the plot you see the other side, why they did what they did and what 'your' side has done to them; I immediately regretted my first playthrough and afterwards started again and used the tranquilizer darts exclusively. -
Maybe that the game is not want they expected on release and they did not see the point on doing so, I mean it's greatr and I live it. I wish I got into the game again.

Really depends how much into portable gaming you are . Wether or not it's the ruoght fit for you is up to you to decide. I think it's amazing but I don't really like to sit in front of my PC or take over a TV to play a console. It can do a lot but it also has an endless amount to tinkering to get things working outside of the deck verified stuff in steam. Even with that it can be hit or miss.
-
I think those are aimed at two different audiences. One is more mainstream, the other for the more hardcore PC gaming crowd. The Switch probably won't be affected much by this but I can see the Steam Deck gaining its own success, especially once emulators work well enough on in. I can see the Steam Deck becoming a really good and versatile "retro game console" no matter how it succeeds with modern PC games.

I haven't own all the playstation consoles, Ps2. I spent many hours of my childhood on that thing. Best library growing up, DVD player, my friends had it so we could trade games, kept me occupied during crap weather when I couldn’t go outside and skateboard. I still have mine.

Normal, same for PCs. You pickup a 1TB HDD or SDD and when you install it it only says 990GB or something 😜 that what or how windows reads and see it. But in Consoles they can eat up OS for the device in itself. Just think how big PS2 was back then LOL

It's scary how similar this looks to The Wild at Heart, which just came out earlier this year! I checked the it's different devs. I do kinda love the art style though, not a lot of games look quite like this, so I'm definitely checking it out. Can never have too many farm sims on switch.
