I remember when they released No time to explain in 2011 and during that time they had Publisher problems with Buka who witheld funds they needed and bailed on them. Now they are big enough to acquire other games, good for them.

For a Bully sequel to work, what does it need to do?
Empire replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
man this is just depressing. seems like rockstar new england truly loved developing bully 2 but were instead put on a project that was bleeding interms of development for nearly a decade (max payne 3). alot of the features that were being developed for bully 2 sounds really cool too, especially how you can enter any building you want -
ENd of the day if they see money making that what they would do right lol

Yeah I would really love to play a full scale Rick and Morty game. I think it can work for a variety of different genres like puzzle, rpg, action adventure, fighting...

Glen Schofield is the director on this game. Glen also co-created the Dead Space series from what I've read. It would truly be something else if there are some quality callbacks or connections to Dead Space. That series needs an inspired revival. BUT this right here looks amazing all on its own.

Yeah last fifa I was a gold 1/elite 3 player and in this game I’m barely reaching gold 2. Since the patch I’ve lost so many games as I can’t break teams down and can’t seem to defend to save my life. Yet my cousin who is good at fifa but not that good is hitting elite 3 in champs. I can’t find any decent custom tactics. My opponents players run in behind constantly yet my players stand still. I’m on the verge of selling this game. I can’t be bothered dealing with the stress it bring me every weekend.

Glad to see this remake isn't dead, Fear Effect deserves another chance to shine again. Gameplay looks like it could use some work though, especially the lack of reactions to gun shots.

Do you think any Pro Wrestlers will join Rumbleverse?
Empire replied to Kane99's topic in Video Games
I really doubt it. Don't get me wrong it sounds like a good idea but Save the World is objectively less profitable than Battle Royale so it doesn't get nearly as much dev focus. It's a miracle it hasn't been shut down -
Not for mobile apps and gaming, Nope. I have not. I got offered to text and try out PC gaming content but that's not even paid. Then again I have rejected some that I have no interst in helping or doing it 🙂

A great video on the evolution of Playstation gaming
Empire replied to Empire Of Sight's topic in Playstation
This was such a great trip down history. I remember bugging my mum so hard to get me the PS1 and PS2. Those two defined my childhood. Games like Tekken, Mortal Kombat, God of War, Xena Warrior princess, Prince of Persia, WWE Raw Vs Smackdown, PES and FIFA! I could go on for ages. Looking back at this now, I realise how privileged my childhood was. -
I know about it and I have used the site but not that often, Just to check the stats about games and whatnot more then profiles as some of the readings are not on the point and true anyway.

Will this be the same as Disney Magical Kingdom? I lost my saved data and haven't played the game since because some reason, someone's game data crossed over into mine and made my file unplayable saying I am logged into it on another device. 4 years of game progress lost. But sadly this won't be widely available till 2023.

I am really surprised to see that it has so many positive reviews on steam, considering that it is completely unplayable due to the number of bugs. I think they have bought reviews, because literally, even after the update patch, I grabbed the yellow note and the game was bugged and I couldn't continue

This looked like a fan made trailer of a game, with a random anime episode, with pointless stock footage. The inconsistency made it super confusing and cheap looking.

The last I read, Embracer was interested in doing a remaster or remake of the Legacy of Kain series, which I would buy in a heartbeat. I just got Soul Reaver 2 to work on my PC after years of trying, and even then, if I try to play it with the audio set to headphones, it crashes my computer. It barely works on modern systems, and even the PS2 emulator has audio issues. It sucks that this is one of my favorite games/series ever and it's almost impossible to play.

This will solve nothing and only serve to screw paying customers in some way. As soon as it affects me I'll stop buying their software so they'll just lose my actual money plus the imaginary money they lost from the pirates. Thankfully this doesn't mean this is for sure going to be a thing. They're offering a supposed solution and it'd be up to companies to take it on. Hopefully it doesn't get anywhere.
-
Well, I don't know that since I have not played the game, wounder anyone that has not seen it before and shocked there nuts about it LOL

They're raising the price because things aren't working out as they planned. Sony is beginning to slip in the overall scheme of things because they're realizing they can't compete with Microsoft in the long run. This is a second bad but necessary move within the last month in a probable succession of moves we will see ongoing.

Always bear in mind when reading about this game that Smash fans have a history of being a bit territorial and will do a bit of work to make sure others are with them in seeing Smash as the only option out there. Would have been fun if they made all characters unlocked for online mp. Having to play the same few characters over and over before I can unlock just one sucks

Xbox CEO Phil Spencer excepts fewer console exclusives going forward
Empire replied to DC's topic in Gaming News
I just hope this doesn’t have a negative impact on creativity of games. Most of my favourite games of all times are platform exclusives as they often aren’t beholden to mass appeal restrictions and vicious monetization. -
Amazon's adding voice-powered gaming to big name games with Alexa Game Control
Empire replied to DC's topic in Gaming News
making more games easy or just adding more available tech that we can use in our hands. Cool to try it out but not into voice things -
Amazing design I actually love it and I'd like to see adjustable back buttons like for the joy sticks to have 4 back buttons if wanted. Since I'm a fan of 4 back buttons, 2 is a downgrade for me but it seems common for the majority of gamers that are familiar with it.

Phil Spencer ‘feels good’ about Xbox’s proposed Activision acquisition approval
Empire replied to DC's topic in Gaming News
Sony has been the only real voice of opposition and they hired complete morons to handle it and in return made the entire PlayStation brand look weak and pitiful this deal will go through no doubt I don't want it to at all I don't want a handful of Uber publishers I like that Microsoft is telling devs to do what they want and they're footing the bill we should see a lot of original creative games pentiment for example but they need to stop buying up devs same with Sony I hate they're pushing hard for live services and completely abandoned their extremely unique Japanese devs all of your games don't need to be higher quality Ubisoft games that formula is played out and monotonous especially if you bring absolutely nothing but graphics steer more towards God of war and last of us not horizon and ghost of Tsushima
