  1. Well, some of you might not agree but in my option that the game look like garbage, but I appreciate the near perfect inclusion of diversity in the trailer. They needed a more obvious LGBTQ representation though, dancing right next to the cartoon demon. My thoughts on that ๐Ÿ™‚
  2. It's certainly a step up from the first game, but for me the game still suffers from open world bloat. The typical go from point A to point B, collect things/kill machines, go back to A. Gets tedious. The higher reward payout does help a bit. Combat is great. Story is so far so good. Looking forward to see how the rest of the game pans out.
  3. If in the wrong hands, it could be an issue that ruins a game (Star Wars Galaxies being an example), but it does more good than bad in the game industry, so I'm alright with it.
  4. Yes I have played "TheHunter Call Of THe Wild" out of the list that's a very good game to get into more then the others and I do have over 100 hours in that game. I mostly play with people as it can be very boring doing it yourself for hours. I hence it up and we call it The Walking SIm! as we always walk and walk in that game for hours and might get no kills or 10 kills. Talking about hunting.
  5. My take is similar to a lot of the responses here. If you are suffering from an addiction problem, then it's a YES. Mainly because the time you play games isn't balanced with your activities that you should be prioritizing. Have you taken the time to enjoy physical activities and hobbies other than gaming? Well, have you really tried hard? Honestly, it does feel like you're relying on the dopamine you get when achieving certain rewards in-game. As for me, it isn't the case. I don't spend countless hours straight into gaming. Yes, if I have accumulated the time that I played, but I don't play til past midnight. There's few things that I have gained from gaming, like meeting some friends with the same interest, but those people I've met highly prioritize their irl activities as much as I do.
  6. Favourite video game type genre has to be Simulator more now then I was before in to Roleplaying and regards my not so least is sports games ;0 I also do like open-games as they are cool and can be done as a single-player or with other people
  7. Any negative effects from video games can mostly be the parents fault. I absolutely donโ€™t get how parents blame games when they fail to be a parent and monitor what their kids do online or what video games they play. We have rating systems for them but they ignore it anyway, and refuse to teach their kids right from wrong so the kid doesnโ€™t learn fucked up things. As with most hobbies and entertainment, moderation is key. Yet parents never teach their kids this.
  8. If this is right OMG that Micro$oft is the company that is competing since they created Xbox just by throwing money at games companies without even try to improve a thing. They are acquiring all the big publisher because without that they cannot even remotely compete with Sony or Nintendo, two companies with way lower budget. They simply use money to accomplish stuff that couldn't do themselves. "Hey we cannot create a decent game, let's buy the companies that does them".
  9. I do not know yet Mario, spiderman , that one red Forza car (halo games dont even release that often) And spider man is by far one of the most popular and well recognized exclusives on PS
  10. They definitely donโ€™t need to make it exclusive. Microsoft wants game pass subscribers. Think about how many people play basically only cod and maybe some sports games. A single copy of cod pays for nearly a year of regular game pass and then you add in all the ea sports games that are a part of ultimate plus they would need Xbox live gold, it would basically pay for itself for a lot of people
  11. Honestly, im kinda glad they didnt add Ash to MK11...this far more dope and im actually surprised. Always loved the movies and this actually look pretty promising. Its pre alpha as well so u know when the full game comes out it should look and feel ten times better also polished. Cant wait
  12. Or FIveM to FIvePD that are server based and then able to mod the flip out without the need to even edit or chnage your main GTA root folder ๐Ÿ™‚ I used to do all of that with GTAIV but now I do it just with FiveM so that GTA doesn;t get pooped regards to doing GTA online
  13. You only can do so much to what we all can do ๐Ÿ˜‰ even then I had my account hacked even with it being as tight. End of the day account to yourself
  14. Unless it's a good learning game like a coding to maths games then that fine, I was 12 when I was doing keyboard typing speeds games
  15. I think it's more that engaging games are more likely to inspire people to take on self-imposed challenges. Think about the following scenario. You love a game, but you've already played it and won (maybe even many times), and a typical playthrough is simply too easy on its own. A self-imposed challenge is a way of increasing the difficulty and changing the way you approach the game while still retaining the familiar core that you love.
  16. I spent more on addons then games. If I had to guess I spent over $500 just for MSFS2020 I do not buy games that often or if I do I tend to get it cheaper then buying full price. If I was to buy games a year then maybe $150 is my max a year, depends on the games and how much.
  17. Not gonna lie this does not look good at all and the fact resident evil 4, 5 and 6 are listed as influences does not give me high hopes either
  18. Games for all ages and for the kids ๐Ÿ˜‰ Nowdays it's from age of 5 years old and up ๐Ÿ™‚ Depends on the family and whatnot. I did not get into gaming PCs or any type of contect games till I was 10 years old ๐Ÿ™‚
  19. Prey. Highly recommend. Great story with different endings. Good replayabilty with a bunch of side quests and skill trees to unlock. Many different weapons and abilities to find and many different (and very interesting) enemies to fight. Great game if you like sci-fi, skill trees, side quests, stealth, secrets, and a bit of suspense. Also if you into building and trying to live then valheim is another great game you can do as a single-player
  20. I like it when it's done right and as long as it isn't too prevalent, particularly with celebrity actors, it doesn't sit right with me that a multi-millionaire celebrity actor could have a role that a small-time actor with a second job could have instead. Big time actors don't have the time to do video game roles anyway, so fortunately it's not much of an issue for now. Also samuel l jackson tend to fit in nicly
  21. Nope, I'm the only person and account holder ๐Ÿ™‚ I have no one else to use my account. I keep security high and on that note I have no one else that wants to use it. Only time that I open my steam account up for someone is that brought "wolfenstein The New Order" back in 2013 and I can the worse crap internet. My old school mate downloaded and installed the files and did a backup of the files for me from his home ๐Ÿ™‚
  22. Playing with your own friends that you speak in discord can be a butt at times, knowing that you wanted to do this and others wanted to do something else. Regarding in DayZ or any games that you end up teaming with one or two people. AT times it's fun but SIngleplayer games you got to have a break from doing MP
  23. I just giveup and end it ๐Ÿ™‚ I would not even cheat. just take a break and then come back to the puzzle. With a break it might be matter and you might ended up going Ohhhhhhh that's the answer
  24. Depends on the game. Video games might not make you intelligent, maybe the just tend to attract smarter people. No video game is going to make you smarter in ways that translate to the real world; you won't learn anything about philosophy, history, the arts, math, or any other intelligent/intellectual subject. What you are doing is training your brain and body to preform a function, maybe it translates into a 10% faster math problem solving speed or what have you, but the benefits just aren't tangible.
  25. Consequences. A good side quest result changes the world permanently after it is completed. A character dies, or moves, a building changes, maybe a bridge is built, or enemies are no longer in an area. Maybe even something as simple as your relationship with the NPC is altered and interacting with them in the future leads to a different result. The effect of your actions are felt.
