Ghost and Goblins NES, I could never past the first screen.

Today I had the opportunity to play Fallout 76 and Anthem and I have to say they are not bad games but they do fail on their main objective. The gameplay on their own have a lot of issues and they both feel like unpolished games that still need a lot of patches, I'm not going to mention all their issues because it has been discussed many times.The problem is the expectation for the games from both the fans and the developers. If you are a fan of Bethesda games and Bioware you will know that they have a history of incredible single player franchises, Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Mass Effect and Dragon Age series respectively, so we where all expecting that same single player experience from these games but that was our mistake, It is very hard to translate a single player experience with excellent narrative to a multiplayer, this was also the mistake of the developers for thinking they could do it and and also advertise the games as such. Both games where destined to fail because they could not recreate that single player experience that we are accustomed at from Bethesda and Bioware on a Multiplayer platform. Do you agree or do you have a different opinion as to why these games failed ?

My technique is one that has worked on almost any game with dungeons. Getting lost for about an hour, check map, get lost again, spent another hour with a Puzzle, Solve the puzzle which turned out to be something simple and dumb, get lost one more time and finally reach the objective.

True I used to do that when the current gen came out for the same reason, but I haven't seen a Walkthrough in years now and I'm not really planning on seeing one again.

Did you guys view the Nintendo Direct Today ? I'm pretty excited about this new generation since its on a more powerful console compared to the 3DS and it might be that Pokemon RPG game that we all have been waiting for. One more reason to get a Nintendo Switch, Hopefully this will be a great game.

Disappointing but not bad will be Max Payne 3, this one was more action oriented rather than the Noir style of the previous installments.

I only have the demo so I cant say that I experienced that many bugs, But yeah the over detail on the neck veins is very creepy xD

There is a World War Z game coming up on April this year, the game will be a 4-player co-op like Left 4 Dead,I enjoyed the book and the movie, there are some Gameplay videos out there. It seems 2019 will be a good year for Zombies with games like RE2 and Days gone. What are you thoughts about this game ?

Haven't watch a Walk through video in years, but I liked more when the commentary was kept as low as possible or only when needed. I think the last one I saw was when South park stick of truth was out.

Its the opposite for me xD, I didn't liked how it was getting more and more futuristic.

I'm not sure we are getting the correct message of the topic. There are great games where women are protagonist, Lara croft, Horizon zero dawn , Metroid, Resident evil etc. I can go on and on with the list. I dont think most of us will be bother by playing as a women, but in most videogames women characters tend to be sexualized. Maybe it will be best if a girl had an opinion on this topic instead of us men.

There is a rumor online that with the arrival of the Xbox app to Switch the Xbox Game Pass will also be included with a 100 game catalog, with games like Ori and the Blind Forest and Cuphead as well as a high profile Xbox franchise. What do you think about these rumors or somebody who has more information regarding these rumors ?

Oh I didnt say that it could cost 599.99, that was the price of the PS3 at launch and it was big mistake by Sony back then, As I mentioned I dont think they will make the same mistake. Even the Xbox one X had a 499.99 limit.

Oh Serious Sam I totally forgot about that game, a very underrated shooter, I remember playing that with my cousin's Xbox. It was one crazy game.

@DylanC thats true I could be wrong, Sony might get arrogant due to the success of the PS4 and add a higher price tag, and of course better technology means expensive components so that could also be a factor. But I dont think they will make the same mistake like with the PS3 (599.99 dollars launch price)

Virtual reality is barely picking up in this recent years, the technology is getting better and more immersive. While VR accessories are very expensive nowadays there have been many improvements , for example I read an article today about some accessory virtual reality shoes that can allow you to simulate walk with Skyrim. To be honest I dont see myself playing with other than normal gaming controller. Is Virtual Reality the future of gaming ? Will the classic gaming controller become obsolete one day ?

@UleTheVee if you dont mind me asking, Do you publish your reviews on a specific website or on what platform do you publish your work ? And I believe you mentioned that you to have a sponsor , have you received any kind of backlash due to a criticism of a game or company ? I apologize in advance if I got the wrong idea about the topic, I just got curious about your work since I got the impression that is not like many other gaming journalist that do their reviews and comments based on the check they receive.

In Mexico soccer is almost like a religion, many of my friends enjoy playing the FIFA games and they tend to purchase one every year. I dont hate soccer but I'm not a big fan either and of course I'm not going to purchase one they are basically the same game just different year in the cover, I only downloaded the FIFA 19 demo for free just in case.
