And the technology wasnt even that complicated, for example the Ps2 had fully functional PS1 console inside it, so in terms of of hardware and software they didnt had to emulate a whole console like the Xbox One had to do.

Making the transaction from console to console would be easier if they had full retro-compatibility, but like @killamch89 mentioned they get more money if customers have to repurchase the game, from a business point of view not making all the games backwards compatible is more profitable.

They are making a lot of cash with that though. The era when Konami made great videogames has ended, I dont really expect more from them, but its sad that incredible franchises are stuck with Konami.

For me aside from not able to afford it is also an unnecessary expense, I live by myself so I have to pay bills, rent and groceries and sometimes I dont have the time to play videogames, so I dont want to be paying for a service that Im not going to use that often. Still if I had the money and time I would gladly get a subscription for PS plus, I did had a subscription for Xbox Live for many years but that was back when I was a teenager and obviously my parents paid for it xD

It is true Bethesda games are better on PC, but for guys like me that have the game on a console it can be a game breaking bug (damn you master race) For example I have never completed the guild of thieves quest in Skyrim because one of the quests would not appear at all in my map because of the bug, I repurchased the game this year with the legendary collection and supposedly the bug is fixed in this version but I havent got to that part of the story yet.

Yeah I did this a lot in Dead space 2, some times I got a level where the enemies where too strong but my resources low so I died on purpose to go back to the beginning of the chapter to explore and loot some more.

Worst, well I cant think of many but I do have a few on my list that where not that interesting : -Assassins creed 3/4 had a very average multiplayer mode, basically you had to assassin other players with stealth but usually this involved walking by pass them and stab them in the back so no Parkour kills or anything like that. -Max Payne 3 was more like a third person shooter , it was average, but the slow motion didn't worked that well on a multiplayer platform - And the Multiplayer for the first Read Dead Redemption was also very average and the characters at your disposal where very ugly and lame xD

-GTA V is excellent both at single player and multiplayer , a lot of micro transactions but fun, -Monster Hunter World as well its basically the same game and quality at both single and multiplayer -Borderlands 2 as well you can enjoy it in both single and multiplayer -And also the Bungie Halo games had a good Single player campaign and of course an excellent multiplayer mode, and Halo Reach had the Best campaign (I almost cried at the end)

My girlfriend is very supportive , we dont play together much because she doesnt like FPS or big open world RPGs , she is more into Nintendo games like Mario or Zelda games. The only thing that she doesnt like is that sometimes I spend to much time playing videogames.

True, it all about the damn money, I mean the problem comes when you get some games digitally but then they are not playable on the new console so basically that game is trash because you cant resale it, they need to work on that, the ps2 was able to run any game from the ps1 and that was a console that came out 20 years ago.

Just went to see Gemini man, its not bad but its not good either, the plot doesn't really make sense but the action sequences are good enough to make the movie enjoyable but the dialogue scenes are just awful.

It should have all the features, but I'm not going to spend money on it, I'm just going to download it to my 2ds. I will try to see if I can play it during the weekend.

When the PS5 was originally announce it was confirmed that it will be retro compatible with all PS4 games, now its possible that not all PS4 games will be retro compatible at launch, and probably not all PS4 games will be retro compatible ever. Hopefully this is not the case. The sad part is that some of your games that you already purchased are not going to work on your new console, this actually happened to me with some of my Xbox 360 games.The retro compatible program with XBOX ONE-/360 already ended and some games where left out of the program such as GTA V, Skyrim and Batman Arkham City. What do you guys think about these issues with Retro compatible consoles ?

The real question is which Rayman did you purchase ? the original PS1 game ? if thats the case I agree with you the game is not really that great, but Rayman origins is actually very good.
