  1. There are good ones, there are bad ones. Some help even pro-players, some are way too rubbish. WHich ones do you use or have you ever used any and why?
  2. Yes, it's actually something to consider! What kind of compromises like this would be done in mobile games?
  3. Probably Cloud9 or FaZe Clan all things considered.
  4. Recently, I've been playing some Deltarune (I'll even write a bit of an essay here) and I remembered that there are a lot of games that played with your choices or made them meaningless. What games have you found to have been playing you all along?
  5. While this is partially true, it also is attributed to their performance during events / tournaments. Why would an investor put money into a nobody or a playerr who doesn't know how to play games? Guys, there really isn't a secret formula, rthere really isn't an investment or something. What y'all need to do is get to a good eSports initiative and quite literally git gud
  6. More self-confidence and less aggressivity.
  7. Yeah, without any caffeine or energy.
  8. https://www.vgr.com/electronic-arts-anthem-review/ Original!!! WHat are your thoughts on the Anthem situation?
  9. Don't worry, I will be happy to answer all of your questions as we go along. I want to at least make sure that you can trust me as a journalist.
  10. I think we'd go for the 499.99 bet. Otherwise Sony would get the same backlash Microsoft got when Xbox One came out.
  11. I never said that I have a sponsorship. So you must've misinterpreted my message. I said that I don't really care about sponsored content or having sponsorships / ads- Everyone's gotta pay the bills somehow. Well, I work for VGR for one. So you can literally go to the website this forum has and get your daily dose of news from not just me but other journalists who have the same integrity I do. BUT if you want to see what I especifically do. You can check my muckrack profile right here.
  12. That's usually what I do. Even while the extent of my reseearch is limited to the INternet and not even going to the corporations.
  13. Nearly 0 hours. I almost always have wanted to play mobile games but since my touch screen got busted and I haven't gotten a new phone to accomodate for it, I haven't really played mobile games a lot. Sure, I could use my emulator but... Eh
  14. OH SHIT. I didn't expect that from @DylanC but he's laying the waste HAAAARD. But I think it's clear that none of us want any game to fail. However, success is built from the failure of others.
  15. If you need any further help, don't hesitate to ask me. I Know a thing or two about MAME.
  16. You should also say that a certain gaming journalist brought you here eeeeeeeeyyyyyyyy!!!!
  17. Welcome to the VGR Forums. I'm the guy who does things but nobody likes.
  18. I'm glad you found us. I certainly hope you enjoy it here.
  19. Ex-Squeeze me, what? Did this fucking game get ported to Android?
  20. I'm not a film critic so I certainly won't even bother bringing that up.
  21. I don't want to sound like I am full of myself. But I have written plenty of articles and reviews that focus squarely on the facts I have available for me. Not only that, but I also am opposed to the clickbaity nature of a lot of other journalists who also tend to make scandalous opinions for the sake of revenue. What? Did you seriously think these people actually believe all the SJW shit they're spouting? Don't make me laugh. While I certainly won't say "FOLLOW ME AND SUBMIT YOUR WILL TO ME" I will definitely say that there are a lot of honest journalists out there who focus more on the ethical aspects of the industry as a whole. People like Jason Scherier or Jim Sterling being prime examples of that. Now, let's not even pretend like this isn't a trend among gaming channels in YouTube. Clickbaity titles and thumbnails, nearly no sense of organization, overly long videos (10+ minutes for the sake of ad revenue). This attitude is spread across the entire community, not just journalists.
  22. The reason why he has that sort of money to begin with is because he followed trends and was an appealing content creator. ANyone can do it, it's just a matter of being appealing and having a good set.
