PC is the lifeforce of the universe...wait wrong script...I mean PC gaming is the life blood of the gaming industry. Without it, no games could be developed.
-
Actually they usually have comparable performance to their desktop counterparts so there's no concern on that front...

The 3080 TI isn't even out yet and it'll be priced around the 6900 XT price range but the fact that it comes with 20 GB of RAM makes it very desirable.
-
Or hide it somewhere safe. That's true for the most part or if you don't have space for a desktop.
-
The 3060 will come out in due course. They were supposed to be released along with the 3060 TI but then it was delayed. Not sure why and Nvidia hasn't said anything else but my guess is it'll probably come out with the 3050 and 3050 TI.

Do you think it's even worth pre-ordering games these days?
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
Let me tell you a story about a young lad named Killa. Now Killa decided to pre-order a game - Not just any game. Star Wars Battlefront and Killa greatly anticipated its release because of the hype surrounding it but once the game came, Killa quickly realized he had gotten a $5 game for $60 and it turned his heart cold. From that day forth, Killa has never pre-ordered anything ever again without the reviews. The End -
Usually it depends on the game actually. In games like Skyrim, I actually turn it off because it tends to autosave in some awkward moments but in other games like Alien Isolation, I keep it on.

How do you feel about short loops for soundtracking in games?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I definitely prefer full songs rather than looped versions because it really becomes annoying to hear it every 10 seconds. In some games, I actually turn the music off if it starts to get remotely annoying. -
I totally agree with you. Cyberpunk 2077 despite its issues has a very good story and the gameplay is also pretty fun. I'm enjoying it so much right now.

Do you love or hate battle royale, and why?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I totally agree with you. I share your viewpoint. I myself love moving around in maps because I love exploring... -
Series where you never played the oldest installments

I haven't really played the original Deus Ex but I did play Invisible although I have never finished it for whatever reason. -
Will Elder Scrolls 6 be a Microsoft Exclusive?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I don't necessarily think they will do that because the backlash they would get from the Elder Scrolls community would be unreal. I know of several PC gamers like myself who would create an uproar if they attempted this because everyone should be able to experience the Elder Scrolls no matter what platform you're on. -
The City Guards in Skyrim - now where do I start. They're annoying, They'll stand by and see you get attacked but the minute you defend yourself, they attack you immediately and overall their mere presence feels like an annoyance. The Psijic Order - Now I've come across them in a couple of other Elder Scrolls games such as Oblivion and ESO but for the love of God, could someone tell me what's their actual purpose in the Elder Scrolls? All I've seen them do is they keep collecting ultra rare items when you go through all the effort to get a hold of these items. In the Elder Scrolls Lore they're described as a super powerful organization that greatly influences the events of the Elder Scrolls but in every game I've seen, they come across as opportunists.

Will you place your PlayStation 5 vertically or horizontally?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Just to be on the safe side, I'd place mine vertically once I get it later this year. I'm not sure what the benefits are but I'll do it anyways. -
Nazeem - Skyrim Preston - Fallout 4 Glarthir the Wood Elf - Oblivion Moira Brown - Fallout 3 Roman Bellic - GTA IV Lamar - GTA V City Guards - Skyrim

Devil May Cry 4 had somewhat of a happy ending but I agree that most of my favorite games have really tragic endings. Another one is the original Metal Gear Solid when Solid defeated Liquid snake and Solid Snake rode off on a snowmobile with Maryl into the sunset.
