Definitely. I do think that like said earlier, Fallout games can be fun. The series has done well and has a good fan base but the problem is that they took their luck too far this time. The state that the game came out in was not good enough, especially for such a developer. It was like an alpha release. Look what Rockstar did with Red Dead Redemption, instead of just pleasing the fans and putting out the game, they delayed it and worked on it to ensure that when it did come out, it was almost perfect.

I totally agree with what you said.

CES was a blast. Very impressed with the 8k technology from Sony and Samsung. Great show - big highlights included 5G, autonomous cars, AR/VR gaming, and  robotics.

The LG rollable TV really caught my attention as well and yeah, I heard about the Samsung Galaxy 10 with 5000MAH Battery and 5G.

Yeah and that's why I'm up in the air on wage increases. Some minimum wage jobs are good entry level work just get started and learn

    new skills and punctuality .

The entire situation just creates an everlasting price creep that I have to be always re-adjusting my budget.

Yeah got me wanting pizza and subs.. hahaha

I fried some nuggets and fries last night and dipped them in some barbeque sauce. I must have picked that up from watching Scooby Doo and Shaggy talk themselves into literal hunger. 🤣

That would be amazing. I hope you get to do it!

I hope so too although...I also wanted to go to Brazil or Panama as well but I will probably know by summer.

I have more than enough games to catch up on to be happy with it for another 1-2 years. I'm kind of banking on PS5 being backwards compatible with all my games so I can replace it with that and not have to have two consoles sitting around in my very tiny house.

That's a smart solution actually and I hope they do include backward-compatibility in the next PlayStation.

I think it's more than that though. I mean, I don't feel a lack of immersion in real life (lol), but I often feel like my actions do not matter to anyone/anything outside myself and my immediate home/family. Video games are like "significance simulators," designed to make you feel as if you can change the world--even if it is a virtual one.

Personally, my life is a bit different. I seem to impact everything I come into contact with but I am the one who usually isn't aware of it until I start paying closer attention to what's going on.

    What countries have you visited?

Let's see - Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mainland USA, Canada...I am actually planning a trip to Chile this year, it depends on if I meet my financial targets for this year by then.

Indeed, this is the issue. I'm on a PS3.

Like, apparently picking the exploding corpses perk was a huge mistake. All those little bits to keep track of.

I know you enjoy your PS3 but when do you plan on upgrading to a more modern console? Or will you be content with it for another 1-2 years?

Ironically, it's sometimes easier to feel like your actions matter more in a video game than in real life--pretty much what they are designed for in some respects, I think.

Yeah, it is because a huge part of the gameplay experience is immersion and making the player feel some kind of connection to the game world. Without that, most people would stop playing a game after a short period.

That's 200,000 Pesos so I would definitely buy a house or build one myself.

Funny enough, that couldn't build you a half decent house here in Jamaica. At most, it will get you a couple of rooms but that's it.
