I see your point, and I cannot agree more, I was commenting on the Battlefield "feminism" thing because many people have been saying that they won't be purchasing Battlefield V just for that.

I think it was boiling over way before that but that particular incident is the straw that broke the camel's back.

No. I think without the original cast it wouldn't work.

Exactly. Mad TV was one of my favorite shows to watch on Comedy Central and on Saturday Night Live and without people like Aries Spears, the show wouldn't recapture the charm of the original.

Honestly, I wouldn't care less about historical accuracy. I understand the frustration up to a point, but it is a joke... Now, they may have put female characters in the trailer and in-game due to this feminism thing going on lately, but I take it as a customisation feature, aka a plus. I mean, honestly, historical accuracy is not 100% what made Battlefield famous. I mean, in Battlefield 4, has Shanghai been attacked by these specific types of tanks or airforce? I think that people are overreacting with this whole situation.

Of course, I am talking just about the trailer thing. What EA did afterwards (Telling its audience "Don't like it? Don't buy it!") was, IMO, a very very bad move. I mean, their stocks decreased by a considerable percentage. I agree that that was a dull move but still, not a reason to not play a game if you like it. Honestly, as a gamer & Battlefield fan, I wouldn't care less what EA says or does, as long as the game has quality standards.

A fair argument but the problem we have with EA is that they are no longer interested in just making a quality game. They are instead, always trying to find new ways of milking their customer base while not improving on the quality of their titles and are charging premium prices to appease their investors. They aren't interested in creating memorable experiences that offers a lot of replay value, it is just a cash grind and this has been EA for almost a decade or even further going back.

I've never been into the Disney remakes. I find they often lack what made the original movies so good and feel like they just try to "update" them too much with live action and CGI. I'd rather they just re-release the classics personally.

Same thing I said. In fact, that goes for most remakes - the very special moments can never truly be remade because the actors and their interaction at that moment can never be done the same way.

I don't consider myself political, I tend to pay more attention to things I care about than put myself into any particular side.

I agree. Whoever has the country's best interest in their vision and has a detailed and logical plan to address whatever issues that exist gets my vote. I don't vote for empty promises and political affiliations are not my thing. If it were up to me, I'd just stuff them all in a barrel and drop them into the Mariana Trench.

Hmm... Terminator and Robocop are really durable but the Xenos have extremely potent acid and could just assault them and if they shot them they'd be dead in seconds cause of the acid. And the predators have extremely advanced weapons.

I'd put my money on the Predator and Aliens.

Robocop's and the terminator weapons are extremely weak compared to what the Predator and Alien are packing.

I honestly can't tell the difference between PC and consoles when it comes to graphics these days. The playfield is far more even now than it used to be. Back in the 90's the gap was a lot bigger and you could actually tell the difference more clearly. Nowadays it's just such minor differences like texture quality and lighting effects that unless you look closely you won't be able to tell.

    You must be trolling lol.

  8. Alien Isolation because the game does a good job of scaring the literal crap out of you - the music, the atmosphere, I can't remember ever playing a horror game and hyperventilating. As a matter of fact, I jumped off my bed once while playing this game because the curtain brushed my arm lol.

  9. This brings me back - are we in the '90s again? lol. I think I need to go play my Sega Genesis 🤣. In all seriousness though, how could they even call it a doom clone when the only thing really similar about them was that they are both horror fps games and the shooting mechanics of both games were somewhat similar if I remember correctly(It's been a long time since I have played both games so bear with me.). That is pretty much where the similarities end and quake I believe was way more fast-paced. Excellent review Alyxx.

The PC has more realistic and advanced graphics, some games which you can't play on Xbox, more customization and you can use the PC for many other things instead of gaming only. But it also might be more expensive to buy.

It is cheaper to build but most people don't want to put any effort into creating their own entertainment.
