Inside my house is extremely clean outside of one or two areas. I'd love to keep it that way.

Do You Prefer Outdoor Activities or Indoor Hobbies?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
I'm a bit more of an outdoor person. Yes, I love gaming but I also love things like Jet skiing and other outdoor activities. -
Do You Prefer Control or Let Things Unfold Naturally?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
What's absolutely in my power, I'll deal with that but things outside of my control, I'll just let unfold naturally without really interfering. -
Would You Rather Go Without the Internet or Your Phone for a Month?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Same here. I've been without my phone for a couple of weeks last year after it got destroyed in a car accident. I managed to get out unscathed my phone flew out. -
If Nokia revived the N-Gage concept today, how could they improve it using current technology? What features would you expect? Would it still be a gaming phone hybrid, or would they focus more on gaming-centric devices like the Steam Deck or mobile phones with powerful gaming specs? What kind of hardware, software, or services would make it a success this time around?

I'm not much of drinker anymore but when I used to drink, I used to like 100 proof Vodka no chaser.

Not sure where the name came from to be honest but it's an appropriate name for them.

Atari, in collaboration with My Arcade, is releasing the Atari Gamestation Go, a handheld console that impresses with its design but also raises some questions with its multitude of buttons. The device is packed with face buttons, a trackball, a crank knob, and more, making it a curious mix of retro aesthetics and modern features. While it might be a challenge to navigate, the Gamestation Go definitely piques interest with its quirky and bold approach, making it a potential collector’s item for enthusiasts. Here's more on it in this article: https://www.vice.com/en/article/atari-is-releasing-a-handheld-with-my-arcade-that-looks-sleek-and-confusing-as-hell/

With Xbox focusing on backwards compatibility and adding classic titles to Game Pass, how do you feel about their efforts to bring back retro games? Are they hitting the mark with their library of older titles, or do you think they could be doing more to bring back fan favorites? Personally, I love the idea, but sometimes I feel like certain classics are still missing from the mix. What’s your take on it?

How Important is Cross-Platform Play Between PC and Xbox Consoles?
killamch89 posted a topic in Xbox
With the growing popularity of cross-platform play, how crucial do you think it is for Xbox to maintain support between PC and Xbox consoles? Should they prioritize keeping this feature to stay competitive, or does it impact the Xbox experience in a negative way? Would removing it affect your gaming habits, or are there benefits to keeping the platforms separated? -
I’ve been considering Xbox Game Pass, but I don’t own an Xbox console. Does Game Pass still make sense for someone without a console, especially if they mostly game on PC or mobile? I’m curious if the library and features are just as appealing without the need for an Xbox, or if it's really designed more for console owners.

With the ongoing console wars, Xbox and PlayStation have taken different approaches to exclusivity. Xbox has embraced Game Pass and offers many of its first-party titles on PC, while PlayStation continues to release big-name exclusives that are locked to their ecosystem. Do you think Xbox's approach of making games more accessible across platforms is better for consumers, or does PlayStation's focus on exclusive content offer a more valuable gaming experience?

Xbox has been failing for like close to a decade. They've stopped making quality games and their policies and direction is so confusing. In addition to that, Phil Spencer is a freaking loser.

Imagine stepping into the world of Pokémon with a VR headset! You could explore lush forests, battle trainers, and interact with your favorite Pokémon in a fully immersive environment. How would you feel about a Pokémon VR game? Do you think it could live up to the excitement of the traditional games, or would it change the experience too much? Would you want it to be a mainline RPG, a spinoff, or something completely new?

The Legend of Zelda universe is rich with lore and characters beyond just Zelda and Link. If you could choose a spin-off from the series, which character or concept would you want to see explored? Maybe a game centered on the Gerudo, the Sheikah, or even the Triforce itself? Or perhaps a deeper look into the history of Hyrule or one of the other realms?

Whether it’s gameplay, reviews, news, or even fan theories, I’d love to hear who you recommend. Do you have a favorite channel or streamer that consistently covers Nintendo games, consoles, or news? Or do you prefer more niche creators with unique takes on the Nintendo world?

Do you think they were a good way to relive retro gaming, or did they miss the mark? Were they worth picking up, or did you find other ways to enjoy those old-school games?

I’ve been playing some of the Mario RPGs on handheld systems like the Game Boy and DS, and I’m curious how they stack up against their console counterparts like the SNES and Switch versions. Do handheld Mario RPGs offer the same depth, charm, and polish as the console games? Are there any major differences in gameplay, graphics, or story that set them apart?

How did the NES revolutionize the gaming industry in the 1980s?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Nintendo
I heard about it. I wasn't born yet so I never got to experience that jump myself. -
PlayStation has been leaning heavily into realism with some of its exclusive titles, like Gran Turismo. Whether it’s ultra-realistic graphics, authentic gameplay mechanics, or attention to detail, the focus seems to be on bringing as close to real-life experiences as possible. How do you feel about this shift? Do you think it enhances the gaming experience, or do you prefer more fantastical or arcade-style games?

We all know PlayStation is home to some iconic franchises, but which one would you love to see branch out into a completely new genre or format? Imagine a God of War tactical RPG or Horizon Zero Dawn as a multiplayer survival game. The possibilities are endless! What franchises would you like to see try something different, and what new genre would fit them best?

PlayStation’s All-Encompassing Entertainment Hub: Thoughts?
killamch89 posted a topic in Playstation
How do you feel about PlayStation’s push to become a one-stop entertainment hub? With features like movie and music streaming, TV services, and social media integrations, are they hitting the mark? Do you think this shift enhances the gaming experience, or does it dilute PlayStation’s core identity as a gaming console? What would you like to see more of, or less of, in their efforts to make PlayStation the go-to platform for all your entertainment needs? -
I've been using the PlayStation Store for a while now, and I’m curious to hear what others think about its interface and overall user experience. Do you find it easy to navigate, or is it a bit clunky for you? How do you feel about the layout, the search functionality, and the browsing experience? Is it user-friendly, or do you think there’s room for improvement?

I'm a huge fan of puzzle-solving games and recently got my hands on a PSP. Can anyone recommend some of the best PSP games that really challenge your brain? I'm looking for titles with creative puzzles, logic challenges, or anything that requires some serious thinking.
