  1. I read an article a couple weeks back about Epic Games opening their own store to compete with Steam and their platform has a bigger incentive over Valve's - the developers get way money from the sales of their games. What do you think of this move by Epic Games? Will it rival Steam's platform for indie developers over time?
  2. So I came across a game under the battle-royale genre called SpellBreak. Now, before anyone thinks it is Fortnite with mages only - that is completely wrong. In fact, the developers only used the Battle Royale tag to draw attention to the game even though it isn't a battle royale game at all. It is a free-to-play game that will be launching in 2019 and even though there isn't much info on the game itself, from what I have seen, there is over-the-top spells and abilities as well as a deep customization system to make every mage feel unique. What do you think of the game and would you try it?
  3. GTA V has done a fantastic job in the driving and shooting department.
  4. What about God Of War? (curse me not owning a playstation lol)
  5. I feel so old lol. There's a Generation T?!
  6. It's one of them fancy terms the kids use nowadays 🤣 . It's anyone born after the year 2000.
  7. Fifa - It's the same game every year with slightly updated graphics and the keep re-adding old features and call it revolutionary. The game is full of all kinds of glitches and bugs and the online sessions lag a lot - It's such a shallow game.
  8. MOBAS are my least favorite genre. For some reason, they grind my gears - I despise most of them and I can't really tell you why. I don't know if it's the hybrid 2d-3d camera position or that most of them look and play alike or the cartoony graphics most of them have.
  9. I have never really used John Lewis so I will check it out but I do use Youtube and Trusted reviews to research stuff as well. There's also price.com that also shows the cheapest prices of gaming equipment at your favorite websites and stores.
  10. We will see. Cyberpunk looks nice graphically and from what little I have seen of the gameplay, it is decent but nothing really groundbreaking. Hope I'm proven wrong though.
  11. Lol Millenials don't know what a whippersnapper is.
  12. A guy once pushed my sister-in-law(who was pregnant at the time) to the floor for a TV. That guy was extremely fortunate that my brother and I weren't there or we would go crazy.
  13. In certain FPS like CS:GO it is noticeable - the response time is just as important.
  14. I agree. I save like every 5 seconds - I'm not up for a long trek back to my current point.
  15. I do believe E3 is still relevant - I'm simply puzzled why Sony isn't going to be there. I went to E3 in 2013 and it is absolutely crazy - video games and food for days.
  16. Dying Light would be my pick for Zombie shooter because in addition to the FPS features, you can use parkour to move around the city and it has a very interesting story as well.
  17. Or Alternately, there is Cobb's Positioner as well on the Nexus. Personally, I use both to place my objects because some mods might be compatible with one positioner but not the other.
  18. Mine is a Quad-HD 32" gaming monitor with 120hz refresh rate and I haven't had any problems with CS:GO at all.
  19. As the title states, which do you think is the superior platform? I myself am a PC Master Race member after many years in the "darkness" that is console gaming. PC is easily the best platform in terms of graphics, versatility, customization, and repairs. How about you? Which is your favorite platform?
  20. There are paper towels for that. The non-sticky ones like Skittles you can eat and just wipe your hands. For things like Doritos and pizza, you have to get up and wash your hands.
  21. This will go very badly going by EA's handling of games outside of the traditional sports titles (Fifa etc.) EA has killed many amazing franchises such as Mass effect, Titanfall and Star Wars.
  22. I agree. Playing GTA V races with friends is a very entertaining experience and the Rockstar editor takes the racing experience to the next level. I have done a bit of competitive racing back in the day with Gran Tourismo and Mario Kart 64. Of course, they were some pretty amateurish tournaments but I had a blast. I can't say competitive racing is my thing though.
  23. Don't worry. It will but you have to give yourself time and you'll also discover things that weren't covered in the tutorial for the game.
