  1. I totally agree - it just never made any sense.
  2. It'd be funny if you could add little comments on those stickers like Vegan Pizza? Where's the meat?
  3. I do remember this tv show as well - didn't watch it a lot but it had some pretty hilarious moments like the time when Lucifer was in a therapy session talking about his mom.
  4. I vaguely remember it as a kid in the 90's and I do remembering them always picking Nintendo games for whatever reason. If I remember correctly, they also chose quite a bit of GI Joe toys as well.

    Anime

No - it's not an anime series/movie unfortunately. However, it looks pretty good.
  6. Just played some Fallout 4 after not touching it for a few weeks as well as some NFS Unbound this morning. NFS Unbound is slowly growing on me.
  7. I've seen COD do something like this before and I find this distasteful - Capcom has been doing great with their releases recently but now they've gone and messed that up by adding some stupid microtransactions. They only did this a few weeks after release to avoid the backlash they'd receive had they launched with the game. I can't say I'm surprised because there was a report that a few years back, Capcom were going to add microtransactions to RE 7 but for whatever reason decided against it at the last minute. I was planning on getting the game but now I'm not so sure. What do you think of this dilemma?
  8. That's a good step in the right direction but Konami has to do way more to redeem themselves such as actually start making quality games again and stop focusing on those gambling machines they've been making recently.
  9. As I've said with remakes previously, when done well, it can galvanize and re-invigorate a whole franchise but a terrible one can also do the opposite.
  10. SkyOblivion was always a Skyrim Mod project that's been in the works for AGES! If I'm not mistaken, SkyOblivion was announced around 2016 thereabout - possibly earlier and we've been getting gradual updates ever since including a rework of the whole thing. This and Apotheosis are the major Skyrim mods I'm looking forward to along with Beyond Skyrim further expansion.
  11. If I remember correctly, it was one their former E3 team members that founded Summer Game Fest. Ubisoft has been rumored to be present at Summer Game Fest.
  12. In the case of E3, it was already on its way out but the pandemic definitely sped up its demise. Even before the pandemic, there were talks of major gaming companies looking to move away from E3.
  13. I agree - videogames are very nice hobby but too much of anything is never good. There has to be some kind of balance in everything you do. Heck, drinking too much water without excreting any can kill you.
  14. If anything, we've seen a lot of way more brutal games come out in the last 3 years and they were never banned and nobody ever mentions them so that's why I'm so baffled by the Manhunt ban.
  15. Same - I had a lot Playstation and other gaming magazines back in the day and I just got rid of all of them for whatever reason. I used to love the cheat codes they had in most of them.
  16. We're seeing all kinds of collaborative projects between companies who are in very different industries. Fortnite is the prime example - I'm surprised that Fortnite hasn't made a Skittles event. To be fair, I've seen way worse in recent years. I totally agree that this is a bizarre collaboration and still can't make much sense of it but in today's environment, it's not as bizarre as say Cheetos Flaming Hot Ice Cream (it's actually real).
  17. I forgot about that one - a currently inactive member used to play it all the time and I decided to try it out and...I pretty much was so fed up, I haven't played it since. 🤣
  18. It definitely does help sharpen your memory skills although you'll probably see the most noticeable improvement in people who play games that require you to use some brainpower to solve puzzles/challenges.
  19. Yep and I'm honestly glad because E3 strayed away from a gamer-oriented conference to a gaming release trailer festival with little to no gameplay on most of the announced games. Plus I heard there's another conference which was created by a former member of the E3 team so that puts the nail in the coffin when it comes to E3.
  20. Who knows? Maybe they have their own version of videogames that is way more advanced than what we currently use. They'd probably laugh at us for using "primitive technology" if anything.
