  1. I’ve recently been diving into PlayStation history and came across some interesting tidbits. For example, did you know that the original PlayStation (PS1) was originally intended to be a collaboration with Nintendo for a Super Nintendo CD-ROM add-on? It’s crazy to think how that partnership fell apart and led to the creation of the iconic PlayStation brand! What’s some other lesser-known fact about PlayStation that blew your mind?
  2. Do you prefer sorting games by genre, release date, or maybe even how often you play them? Are you using folders, physical storage, or just relying on the digital layout? Any tips for making it easier to find what you’re in the mood for?
  3. With the current generation of consoles well underway, how do you think PlayStation is managing its exclusives? Are their first-party titles living up to expectations, or do you feel they're falling short? How does this compare to Xbox's Game Pass strategy and Nintendo's unique approach with the Switch? Do you think PlayStation is doing better, worse, or on par with its competitors in terms of exclusive content?
  4. In recent years, PlayStation has made significant moves towards digital services, like expanding PS Plus and embracing digital-only consoles. How do you feel about this shift? Do you think it's a step forward, or do you miss physical media and the experience of owning discs? Are digital services improving the gaming experience, or do they create new challenges for gamers?
  5. I recently stumbled upon the PSP camera accessory and was curious if anyone here has used it. It seems like a fun little add-on, but I wonder if it was truly worth the investment back in the day. How was the quality of the pictures and videos? Were there any standout games or features that made it a must-have, or was it just a novelty item?
  6. Facts. When I heard that sound, I just knew I was in for a good time.
  7. He ended up going with the PS5 Dualsense charging station because according to him, it's made by Sony so you know it'll work flawlessly with the Dualsense controllers.
  8. According to Bloomberg, Sony are working on a new handheld. I had posted this question like three days before that piece of news came out.
  9. For me, the first demo I ever got with my PS1 had Metal Gear Solid and that's what got me into the series in the first place. There was also one that came out on the PS2 that had both Primal and the first Ratchet And Clank game on it and that's what convinced me to buy both games back in the days.
  10. Personally, The DualSense is amazing, but I think focusing on basics like battery life would make the biggest impact for most players. It’s frustrating when you’re in the middle of an intense session and have to charge. Sony could also work on durability, especially for the adaptive triggers and sticks, since these are prone to wear over time with heavy use. Solid improvements in these areas would make the controller even better in my opinion.
  11. In my opinion, the Multitap had potential, but I felt like it was only worth it for a handful of games. Many PS1 titles were still designed with only two players in mind, so unless you loved games like Twisted Metal or sports titles, it could feel underused. It was cool, but not essential for everyone.
  12. I loved how demo discs gave us access to games we might never have tried otherwise. One that stands out for me is the PS1 disc with Metal Gear Solid. It blew my mind and totally changed what I thought video games could be. Nowadays, I feel like we’ve lost some of that discovery, even with all the free-to-play games and online betas.
  13. Honestly, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves is also my favorite. The sheer variety of gameplay blew me away, from recruiting new characters to the epic pirate battles. It felt like a culmination of everything the series had built up to, and the multiplayer minigames were a fun bonus.
  14. My favorite has to be Up Your Arsenal. It struck the perfect balance between humor, story, and gameplay. The multiplayer mode was also way ahead of its time - my friends and I spent countless hours battling it out. It’s a classic that holds up even today.
  15. For me, It's definitely Captain Qwark. His mix of arrogance, incompetence, and accidental heroism never fails to crack me up. Plus, his over-the-top narration in Up Your Arsenal and A Crack in Time is legendary. He’s the perfect example of a loveable goofball you can’t help but root for (and laugh at).
  16. I'd love to see a John Wick game although I think it'd just be like a modern day Max Payne.
  17. I feel so flipping old. It only seemed like just yesterday, I got RE 4 on the Gamecube as a teen. Time sure does fly!
  18. Wait? So we also got GTA III to play on the Sega Dreamcast before GTA VI? To be fair, the Sega Dreamcast was a fairly powerful device in its own right. It's just that it went up against three titans in the form of the Gamecube, PS2 and Xbox.
  19. Ah, my old nemesis, Tetris. The game that I've always had a love-hate relationship with.
  20. Personally, Trash Of The Titans and Mind Over Magic kind of interest me. I also liked Ender Lilies so Magnolia is one I'm also keeping my eyes on.
  21. The Lost Odyssey on Xbox 360 is a hidden gem. It’s an emotional JRPG with a stunning soundtrack by Nobuo Uematsu (of Final Fantasy fame). It was overshadowed by bigger titles at the time, but its story and characters make it a must-play for fans of the genre. Plus, the dream sequences are unforgettable.
  22. I typically avoid buying lootboxes entirely, even in games I enjoy, because I know how easy it is to fall into the trap of spending more than I planned. I remind myself that the contents are often not worth the cost and that the randomness isn't in my favor. Instead, I focus on enjoying the game itself without relying on paid rewards.
  23. Spent 50 hours in Red Dead Redemption 2 meticulously fishing for every legendary fish only to accidentally eat one instead of mailing it to Jeremy Gill. Let’s just say my Arthur got a very expensive snack that day.
  24. I’ve always thought a Mass Effect series could work well under Denis Villeneuve’s direction. After seeing what he did with Dune, I think his cinematic style and ability to balance political intrigue with stunning visuals would elevate the series. Imagine the Normandy and alien worlds with his touch
