  1. Nope and most times when I'm angry I just walk away and go cool down because if I stay in the situation, I'll usually want to escalate it.
  2. I use a budgeting app to help me track my earnings and then I usually save 50% of that, 20% for personal spending, 30% on rent, groceries, bills etc.
  3. I'm currently going through this as my hairline is receding but I just make it happen. My dad went through the same so I just have to adapt.
