What’s the longest amount of time you’ve been awake?
killamch89 replied to Heatman's topic in General Chat
I had sleeping problems until I became an adult. After that, I've managed to get some good sleep almost every night. -
What's the big thing you're currently saving up for?
killamch89 replied to Heatman's topic in General Chat
Sounds like you're saving for at least one year's worth of rent which is what I usually do as well just so I can have money to fall back on if the moving and other fees end costing me a bit more than I budgeted for. -
At what age did you realize Santa wasn't real?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Funny enough. I stopped believing in Santa when I was about 6-7 yrs old. It just never made sense to me how such a big guy could fit through such tiny spaces and I wasn't having the magic part. -

Is there any life hack that you practice?
killamch89 replied to Knight Barida's topic in General Chat
One life hack I practice is setting a 5-minute timer whenever I feel overwhelmed or unmotivated. I commit to working on the task for just those 5 minutes, and most of the time, I end up continuing for much longer. It’s been surprisingly effective for beating procrastination. -

One of the most epic speeches in anime history. I loved Attack On Titan and loved this moment from Erwin.

With advancements in technology, athlete training, and media coverage, sports have evolved rapidly in recent years. Some argue that the Golden Age of sports with iconic legends and unforgettable moments which defined an era has already passed. Others believe we're on the verge of an even greater era, where the best is yet to come. What do you think? Are we in the prime of sports history, or is the real Golden Age still ahead of us?

Some athletes choose to retire earlier than expected, whether it's due to injuries, personal reasons, or wanting to pursue other interests. What’s your take on this? Do you think it’s a sign of weakness, or is it a smart decision to prioritize health and well-being over a career that can often burn out quickly? Are there any players who come to mind where early retirement made sense or seemed out of nowhere?

Fantasy sports have taken the sports world by storm, but what effect do they really have on the broader industry? Do they drive fan engagement and create new revenue streams, or do they cause distractions and distort perceptions of athletes? How does fantasy sports affect things like viewership, sponsorships, and player performance? Would sports be as popular today without fantasy leagues, or has it become a driving force in growing the fanbase?

Do you see Antony shinning under Ruben Amorim?
killamch89 replied to Knight Barida's topic in Sports
Not at all unfortunately. Antony is too one-footed, one-dimensional and really doesn't offer anything to United's attack although you can say that about all their attackers. -
The Nintendo Switch is an incredibly popular console, but its build quality has some room for improvement. From the Joy-Con drift issues to the plastic feel, there’s potential for better durability and design. What are some practical suggestions for Nintendo to enhance the Switch’s overall construction? Would a more premium version or upgraded materials make a difference, or are there specific design changes that could reduce wear and tear?

Nintendo has always been known for its innovative hardware. From the sleek GameCube to the unique design of the Switch, each console has its own charm. Whether you prefer the portability of the Game Boy, the compact look of the Wii, or the modern style of the Switch OLED, there’s a lot to appreciate. Which Nintendo console stands out to you in terms of design? What makes it your favorite?

Was it a classic like Link's Awakening on the Game Boy, or did you dive into something more modern like Pokémon Red/Blue on the Game Boy Color? Maybe something a bit obscure?

Whether it's the original NES, SNES, Game Boy, or even the GameCube, there's so much nostalgia tied to these systems. Do you focus on complete sets, rare titles, or just picking up your childhood favorites? How do you display or store your collection?

With so many GameCube classics still loved by fans today, which one do you think truly deserves a remaster? Whether it's due to outdated graphics, untapped potential, or simply nostalgia, what game would you love to see get a modern update?
