  1. Why is this so relatable? I used to do this to one of my younger cousins who stayed with us when we were teens.
  2. I still remember around 2005, if I wasn't going out on a Saturday night with friends or inviting some girl over, I'd be play either GTA San Andreas and/or Vice City/Need For Speed: Most Wanted all day long.
  3. I still haven't completed that pigeons thing in GTA IV - I was way too busy being a terrorist in-game lol.
  4. Not really, it's just that my neighbors are good folks so I'm just being considerate.
  5. Things have changed a lot since the late 90's/early 00's - Profit takes priority over providing a quality experience to us gamers. As @Withywarlock pointed out correctly, Xbox Live has been around since the 2000's and because of its success, a lot of other companies jumped on the bandwagon. Between a lot of the MMORPG's of the 2010's, the aggressive microtransaction systems in Deadspace 3, Bethesda charging for the horse DLC armor in Oblivion, and Microsoft - we gamers now find ourselves for every single thing in the game and any additional content. It's a shock for most older gamers who skipped a few generations and try to get into modern gaming - the only reason it's not as big of a shock to me is that I've been involved in all eras of gaming since the early 90's.
  6. I don't blame you - the Sims gets pretty boring after a week or so. It's why I can't get back into the series.
  7. Hmmm. I want previous choices from early games in a series to continue in the sequel and not just stick to the default storyline and ignore your choice when the sequel is released. In other words, our choices should shape how the story unfolds in the sequel/s.
  8. Crying? not really but absolutely moved me was the Spec Ops White Phosphorus scene - especially in one of the clips a parent and child charred remains of a body hugging each other.
  9. Persona 4 wasn't bad at all and I wouldn't call it overrated. If anything, it's highly underrated because it doesn't have half the popularity that Persona 5 has but is still a brilliant game.
  10. Not a lot that I didn't know already - I'm a massive troll and love mischief but I'm a good guild mate who'll fight to the end. Also, I don't tend to pick on weaker opponents and will help people along the way.
  11. I watched him for Man United the other day and trust me, he looks absolutely horrid like a player past his prime.
  12. Same - I was telling everyone I was looking forward to it but then my friends played the Beta and I saw the disastrous release, I just didn't bother.
  13. Devil May Cry 5 Doom 2016 Castlevania Symphony Of The Night The Legend Of Zelda Persona RDR/RDR 2
  14. Final Fantasy is probably the biggest culprit on this list - I love Final Fantasy but I've always been annoyed with these freaking 15 minute movie trailers throughout the game that are unskippable and to make matters worse, if you fail, you'll have to watch it all over again!
  15. I just don't want HBO to ruin it so I'd much rather the Telltale series as @Yaramaki said. If they tried to make an open-world action game (which I think it would definitely fit that kind of genre), it'd probably be generic and lacking.
  16. The Saints Row and Mafia series come to mind for me - it's too bad that Saints Row fell off because it was a decent alternative to GTA back in the days. Hitman games are some of my favorites but the AI in recent games is pretty poor if I'm being honest.
  17. @Kane99 seems very excited and although I'm keeping my expectation very low, I hope at least one of the AAA gaming companies give us something to be excited about.
  18. Yeah, the US GPU market has been looking pretty great - I'm considering getting a 3090 for $1k but I could put $100 on that and get 3090 TI but then I don't think I could find a case for that big behemoth of a graphics card. Do you guys have StockX in the UK? - It's one of the few places online that always has deals and the goods are always checked and verified to be authentic and working before they ship it to you.
  19. I like the branding and it seems quite affordable (the starter bundle that is) - I wouldn't mind trying it out. That Bunny Logo looks pretty awesome - my only real gripe is that when they named it sneak, I was thinking more along the lines of a cat for the logo.
