  1. I do remember the Resistance Series as well. I used to have it on my PS Vita back in the day - I wish it would come back just because of how generic the first and third person shooter games have become. Sony is going all in on remakes and Live Service so unless it comes under one of those two categories, it's definitely not coming back anytime soon.
  2. There are Amiibos still coming out almost weekly but I'm not sure about modern games that actually utilize them.
  3. I do know of the Atari 7800 - Never owned it personally. It's times like this that I wish gaming museums were around. So many masterpieces that we never hear of.
  4. I see - If you want another recommendation, there's Mario Kart also.
  5. Right - my bad. I seem to be getting quite senile - WII-U had potential but some of the things Nintendo were attempting was just a bit too ambitious for the technology that was available at the time.
  6. Exactly - there's so many factors that separate both games that it's an apples to oranges comparison.

    Formula 1

I used to watch it a lot as a child with Michael Schumacher and I also used to love Nascar. I guess I lost interest as I grew older.
  8. As of now, Smartwatches aren't a necessity so getting one is more of a luxury.
  9. Just wanted to catch up with everyone - How's the week been for everyone? I went out of town to visit a sick friend.
  10. Tales from the Crypt will always be cult classic especially for kids who grew up in the 90s. Rugrats and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers are classics as well - I remember watching Malcolm in the middle on WB.
  11. Honestly, I think Helldivers 2 might be game of the year - I'm having so much fun with it. I also picked up Metroid Prime remake as well.
  12. You know that I didn't remember this series existed. True Crime: Streets of LA was an amazing game. I think that I did play New York City as well but I didn't finish it. If I remember correctly, I had borrowed it from a friend for a few days.
  13. From what I remember, it was decent. In my opinion, it's distinctly average - a few of Shadow's lines are actually hilarious. The gameplay is mainly a mirror of Sonic except he also used weapons.
  14. Wait? What?! I don't care how bad the game will be, I must get this. Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a ridiculously movie. Spikey is my favorite Klown out of the lot - his balloon bloodhound cracks me up the whole movie. One of the funniest scenes for me was Jumbo annoying Curtis the cop. I still crack up when re-watching that scene.
  15. I'm just going to get it from GOG. They're the only digital platform which allows you to download your games if something happens to them.
  16. The original Dragon's Dogma was such an underrated game. A few of the systems introduced in that game can be found in quite a bit of modern action rpgs especially ones involving magic.
  17. Sonic does have that issue as well. Some of them even think Sonic is a bigger character than Mario and that Mario is "boring". I swear that fanboyism is the worst thing within any fanbase.
  18. Nope - I despise ads. Like, I wish they'd all just disappear. Especially when they keep popping up every damn second - I can understand when free games have some ads as a means of revenue. But a lot of modern free games overdo it.
  19. It depends on the quality of the original game and the DLC. If it's a fantastic DLC with lots of unique content, I don't mind buying and playing them.
  20. Honestly, I don't really play games on my smartphone anymore. I normally use my Ipad - that way, I can preserve my smartphone's battery for more important stuff.
