On a few occasions, I've caught myself making the same mistakes or not sticking to routines I know would help me. It’s like I’m my own worst enemy in those moments, and it can get frustrating. Do you ever feel the same way? How do you deal with it when you find yourself getting annoyed with your own habits or decisions?

Are there any companies you don’t particularly like but still find yourself using out of necessity? Whether it’s because they dominate their industry or just have the best deals, I’m curious what brands or services you’re not a fan of but continue to rely on.

What's the most annoying thing other drivers do on the road?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Exactly. I never got the point of either. Trying to cause an accident for no reason. This is also one of my biggest gripes with some drivers on the road. Their lack of awareness on the road is so poor. -

What games are on your list for the rest of 2024?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
Especially Sparking Zero since it's been almost 20 years since the last Tenkaichi game. I know I'm definitely looking forward to it - the graphics and gameplay is next level. -
Your first gaming memory: What was it like?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
I played Mario Brothers on the original Nintendo console with my dad. That was back in 1992. -
What do you do when the game gets too hard?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
When a game gets too tough, I try switching up my approach or experimenting with different strategies. Sometimes, adjusting tactics or even taking a different route can make the challenge more fun rather than frustrating. -
When I was much younger, yes. But at this current time, most modern games come with a Beta before its official release so I play that instead.

What tips have helped improve your gaming skills?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
That's a great point. One thing that really helped me improve was focusing on mastering the fundamentals, like movement and positioning. Once I nailed those down, everything else like decision-making and timing became easier. It's like building a house on a solid foundation. -
Which games are you glad that you stopped playing?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
Same here. I used to be really into The Division, but it got too repetitive for me. I realized I wasn’t enjoying it anymore, so I just moved on and haven't looked back. -
What if you find it hard to focus when during gaming?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
Maybe it’s not just boredom but something deeper like fatigue or burnout. People’s tastes and interests shift over time. It could be cool to talk to him and see if there’s a game he’s excited about, or maybe he’s looking for a different kind of entertainment altogether. -

What games are on your list for the rest of 2024?
killamch89 replied to Kennysplash's topic in Gaming Forum
Phantom Blade - If I remember correctly, it's supposed to launch in Q4 of this year so I'm looking forward to that. Also looking forward Dragonball Sparking Zero as well due in October. I've been waiting for another Tenkaichi game since forever. I can't wait! -
Dark Souls immediately comes to mind. Early on, you face the Taurus Demon, and it’s such a steep difficulty spike that I hit a wall there. I had no clue how to parry or even use half the items in my inventory. Eventually, I had to look up a guide, practice timing, and really learn the mechanics. Once I did, the game became much more manageable, though still challenging.

Background music stuck in Dragon Age: Inquisition – fix?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I couldn't find anything on Reddit or on YouTube per say but maybe try to fiddle with the audio settings and see what happens. -
Do you like being able to highlight the path?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
It depends for me. When it's really subtle, I don't mind it. But when the highlights are too bold and distracting, I tend to turn that off. -
Surprising/indirect ways games called you out?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
That's hilarious and kind of brilliant! I love when games subtly call out player behavior like that. It makes you more aware of how much the game is watching you just as much as you're watching it. I had a similar moment in Red Dead Redemption 2 where I accidentally shot someone I was trying to help, and the game just wouldn't let me live it down. -

The fact that half of the Zenin Clan's cursed tools are stored inside this curse makes it a win for Geto.
