First time in months playing some Rocket League. Haven't lost my touch at all...

I've always wanted to get into snowboarding but the only time I can experience it is travelling to the US or Europe in winter. When I first tried it, I was actually decent at it because I used to skateboard as a kid so it wasn't that hard to get into.

Same - Mini golf is always fun. It depends on where you're from. If it's the US, cricket isn't popular there so most people wouldn't have played and it's boring so they definitely wouldn't play it. It's far more popular in the UK and in countries like India.

The Beta is currently out according to my friend and I've seen a bit of it and honestly, I'm keeping my expectations low because Activision Blizzard are capable of ruining highly anticipated games.

The thing is, some of us are playing so many new games that some are bound to slip our attention. There's Dead Island 2 that came out recently, Resident Evil 4, Hogwarts Legacy just to name a few. I wasn't even aware of this game until @Kane99 made this thread earlier this year and because there's hardly any news about it, most of us probably forgot.

That sounds good but honestly, I have so many games I'm playing right now so it'll take me some time to even get back into it.

For visual learners, this could be a major advantage as you can properly demonstrate certain things without any real drawbacks like risk of injury depending on what they're trying to learn.

VR is definitely more immersive and it'll probably get more realistic with the ever increasing advancement in technology. Trying out one for myself really changed my whole perspective on how amazing it is. Mind you, it has its issues but it's definitely more immersive.

That's a very valid point and I agree, there will always be left behind with any new technological advancement for various reasons.

Play the newest Elder Scrolls title out and fight all kinds of enemies or GTA - the possibilities are endless!

I agree - the punishment is rather excessive. I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to off himself because that's a lot of money to owe a company for the rest of your life. He'll never financially recover from something like that - His life is ruined.

After about an hour, I had to stop because I was nauseous as hell and disoriented. I really hope they work on a way to reduce the issues you face when using VR for any extended period of time.

Guaranteed they will as Google will not want to be left behind so they'll definitely get more involved with VR. I'm not sure what happened to their AR glasses project though as they were very interested in it a few years ago.

I tried out a Meta Quest 2 last month and honestly, after an hour. I started to feel nauseous and was disoriented. So much so that I just had to take it off - it's a pity too because I was really enjoying my VR experience.

VR will be even way more immersive and we probably won't need those humongous headsets. Also, I think it'll be far less taxing on you as I've tried out a VR headset myself and after an hour, I started to feel kind of disoriented and nauseous. You've definitely been playing/watching too much Cyberpunk 2077. You're right, there might be banned VR content but I'm not sure about the rest.

It really looks good and some of the earlier reviews seem to be quite positive. I'd definitely want to try it out for myself but I'd need to get my hands on a VR headset.

I mean I have tried out a Meta Quest 2 in the last month and I was playing Blade And Sorcery with mods and I must say I had a blast so I'll go with that.

That's a good call actually - just imagine those kills from above when playing it in VR. That'd be quite epic.

I agree - I mean most of us already work from home. What's the point of the virtual office when the headset is going to make you extremely uncomfortable over long periods of time. It's not really that beneficial at all.

Not me personally but I've seen quite a number of people have some serious moments like this:

It makes a lot of sense actually because you use VR to simulate a tranquil environment which can improve the quality of the meditation session.

I'm also looking forward to Transformers Rise Of The Beasts - I know that Age Of Extinction and The Last Knight were poor but I'm a huge Transformers fan so I'll definitely be looking forward to it. I heard that Michael Bay isn't the director for this one so I'm curious to see how this one plays out.

Yeah Friends was more a bunch of friends living together and how the dynamics of their relationships changed throughout the series while Raymond is more of a traditional family sitcom.

This was absolutely hilarious how he kept himself a float in the air by kicking real hard. For those who are confused, he's born magicless in a world where everyone else is blessed with magic but he trains his body so much that his pure physical strength is enough to outdo most of the mages at the magic academy.
