  1. I'd love that - I personally liked the Sub-zero game even though it had its flaws and trust me, there were lots of them. I also quite liked Shaolin Monks from a story standpoint because we got more lore on the Mortal Kombat universe outside of the main story. I'd personally like to learn more about Quan Chi and why he's flipping twisted. In my opinion, he's even worse than Shinnok.
  2. You're probably right but the media try to do something like this. Hopefully, this game is a success as well because I can literally count on one hand the amount of games I'm looking forward to this year. I swear, every year this list decreases especially in recent years - last year was also dreadful.
  3. That's exactly what I want - challenges in-game. They could've given us a sample of that at least...
  4. There's quite a few stores around my area that still work the Wii and Wii U consoles so maybe you just need to find a local store.
  5. Yeah, that Kelvin guy at times didn't follow instructions but it can't always be perfect. Same - it looks like a game with quite a bit of content to explore. I'll definitely get it in the near future if it doesn't deteriorate in quality.
  6. The marketing was adequate but the updates weren't as frequent after they added Lebron James and few others to the game. I mean, there was three vs three mode as well but nobody hardly played that.
  7. I agree but I guess this is how gaming companies do things nowadays. I do believe it will release this year and remember that we got Cyberpunk 2077 in its broken state because CDPR execs decided they should release the game instead of delaying it and fixing most of its issues so I don't mind the delay. Besides, there's less excuses for Bethesda to release a broken game since they've delayed it for at least a year.
  8. I agree, they started out with a good amount of character updates and then the updates just stopped. No intriguing game modes or new quality content. I thought the gameplay itself was really good and was fun but the lack of support is what really killed this game.
  9. I'm so looking forward to this - I can't wait to see the roster. I just hope they don't lock a lot of characters behind DLCs and you can unlock most of them by simply playing the game.
  10. The problem is that Square Enix are still pushing forward with their NFTs policy even after Forspoken flopped. As a matter of fact, the studio that was responsible for developing and maintaining this game has been closed down by Square Enix one month after the launch of Forspoken. and
  11. We don't even have to go that far back, remember that when Cyberpunk 2077 had come out, there was a bug that would wipe your saved file but I didn't remember what triggered it. We had discussed it and I told you guys that until it's fixed, I'm not going to be playing that game and I didn't until it was patched. To lose your save file like that is absolutely frustrating and there's no way to recover. I agree that there should be some kind of backup cloud save just in case something like this happens.
  12. Yeah, there are quite a few Indie games that I bought on Steam that have since ceased to exist and I'm questioning myself why was I even interested in that game in the first place that convinced me to buy it.
  13. Usually, when things are going this bad at a company, the CEO while being part of the problem, isn't the only one responsible. Because CEOs normally have advisers within the company who will bring forth things like stats among others pieces of data to the CEO in order for them to make a decision. If the data they collected isn't accurate, then any decisions made based on that data will not benefit the company.
  14. The prices nowadays look pretty steep. Back in 2010s, it was way better - unfortunately, Gamefly is obsolete in the current gaming market as Xbox Gamepass among others offer way more bang for buck.
  15. I mean, Mortal Kombat still has some of the most brutal fatalities and yet, it still isn't banned (I mean they tried to do that around the time Manhunt came out but still...). God Of War has some pretty brutal kills with plenty of gore. Bioshock infinite is also one that isn't mentioned a lot but some of the kills include ripping people's faces off. Resident Evil - I mean it needs no further explanation.
  16. That's a really sad situation but it goes to show that even with certified resellers, you have to do your checks and balances. I hope Nintendo understands but knowing them, they might just be like, he should've bought it brand new.
  17. It could because we've see even more violent games that have come out since and there's not even a bit of uproar about those games.
  18. Uncharted would be a brilliant one as well and yes, we'll probably see an influx of great games being made into tv series. We just hope they get proper directors that can bring it to life as a tv series.
  19. I usually complete most if not all of the side missions before finishing the main story because in some games, the side missions add extra bits of insight into things that got overlook or were never explained fully in the main story.
  20. Same here - my kids would likely get into gaming as I'd show them the ropes just like my dad did when I was three years old.
  21. Not at all - I tried out Gamefly for 2 months and found it very unnecessary so I haven't re-subscribed since. As you said, it's not a bad service at all and loosk very affordable but there are way better options on the market at the moment.
  22. I don't usually take Death Battle seriously because there's always some bias involved and not objectively comparing characters on feats.
  23. Saw one and two certainly are disturbing so I can understand your sentiments although I think the fourth movie does have its moments as well.
  24. Xeno Rex is amazing with those XA units to change it's weaponry especially the buster unit.
