Ex Machina - 7/10

I was mistaking it for the Borderlands books from the videogame franchise - from what I've seen of Alice, it's pretty good so far although a tad slow in the beginning.

Which is better? Everybody Loves Raymond or Friends?

I can get where you're coming from in terms of the family dynamics in Everybody Loves Raymond. I just happened to start re-watching a few episodes last month and I do remember a lot more about it now. -
Science has gotten to a point right now that they clone pretty much anything. I heard that they're even working on technology to recreate the ancient DNA of long-extinct creatures using DNA from their descendants so they'd have an elephant impregnated with the Wooly mammoth DNA which would theoretically recreate a Wooly Mammoth. I can just see a Jurassic Park scenario being the end result.

Has anyone gotten Metroid Prime Remastered? How is it? I haven't really seen many videos on YouTube of the actual changes in-game...

I was playing some Shredders today - haven't played it a lot since the first month of getting it but it's still so much fun!

I remembered when I was close to death a decade ago and I'd given up hope on surviving, a Phoenix appeared in my dream in a completely dark void, all chained up and roaring at me angrily. I realized that was basically me holding myself back and needed to free myself and then I just woke up after that. I suffered a lot more after that but it re-lit a flame in me and it's never gone out since. Share your most intense/unusual dreams down below.

I'd say mine would be when Walker in Spec Ops comes to realize the colonel he's been chasing down for years has been dead for a long while and realizing all the lives he sacrificed to get to this point was in vain. I was surprised that he didn't instantly commit suicide after that reveal. What's your choice?

If I had to choose a game, it'd be Deus Ex: Mankind Divided just because it really shows you the struggles between two sets of humans: all natural and those with enhancements and how the xenophobia of regular humans against the ones with augmentations caused such a rift that involved lots of bloodshed. This game basically mirrors real life with the issues between people of different races and instead of trying to resolve their difference, they keep attacking each other creating a never-ending struggle. What game would you have chosen?

Hear are some hilarious gaming facts that I didn't know: The first video game ever made was called "Tennis for Two" and it was created in 1958 by physicist William Higinbotham. It was played on an oscilloscope and featured two dots as paddles. In the game "Minecraft," the default character skin is named "Steve" and was based on the game's creator Markus "Notch" Persson. However, in the game's recent update, the default skin was changed to "Alex," a female character. The game "World of Warcraft" is so popular in China that there are more players in the game than the entire population of the United Kingdom. The iconic "Game Over" message that appears when you lose all your lives in a game was originally inspired by a real-life incident. The designer of the game "Berzerk" died shortly after completing the game, and his name was added to the message as a tribute. The game "Pac-Man" was originally called "Puck-Man" in Japan, but the name was changed for its American release to avoid vandals changing the "P" to an "F" on arcade machines. Do you have anymore you'd like to share with the rest of us?
