  1. We all rely on our smartphones daily, but what are the downsides of using them too much? I’m curious about the physical, mental, and social effects that others have experienced or observed. How has excessive smartphone use impacted your life, or the lives of those around you? What strategies have helped in finding a better balance?
  2. Have you ever had a negative experience with a particular mobile phone brand? Maybe it was the design, software issues, or customer service that turned you off. I’m curious to hear which brands you avoid and the reasons behind it.
  3. What do you consider rude phone behavior? Is it loud conversations in public, texting during meals, or something else entirely?
  4. Have you ever used your mobile carrier’s roaming service to make calls while in a different country? How was the call quality, and did you face any unexpected charges or issues? Would you recommend using roaming or opting for a local SIM instead?
  5. With mobile phones now capable of interacting with ATMs and vending machines, do you think this is a valuable feature? If your mobile operator and bank offers this service, how often do you use it? Would it replace your current methods, or is it just a convenience? Let's discuss the potential benefits and drawbacks.
  6. Nope - not at all. I don't play any form of gambling games as those things can get you addicted and you'll end up losing a lot of money in the process.
  7. Wow, Defect looks very intense! The idea of navigating a cyberpunk metropolis while choosing between different factions and objectives sounds really engaging. Unreal Engine 5 is bound to make the city feel alive and immersive - It looks amazing by the way.
  8. Okay np. I find that turning on Windows compatibility mode can work with some older games. That's how I can run the original AOE II and III on my PC. I'm not sure if this applies to C&C Red Alert 2. I've had pirated versions of Photoshop in the past because Adobe's subscription policy is predatory but I've been able to find viable alternatives.
  9. Ironically, I have both a PS5 and a PC and although I'd pick the PC first, the PS5 is a very good console and are quite a bit cheaper in recent times.
  10. The Switch is a great pick. Which accessories do you bring for yours? The Nintendo DS is a great pick as well. Which games do like to bring with you?
  11. To be fair, he was being offered 68k which is way less than most squad players at other major clubs make so that's really low in my opinion. He's one of the most coveted strikers in Europe despite his bad season so if Chelsea had offered something like 150 to 200k, he'd have likely accepted that.
  12. Thanks man and I experienced the same with my grandpa last year. He died from cancer just like my father a few years back.
  13. That's fine too. I'd make them game on the weekdays as long as they've finished their homework and other school-related duties but I'd limit to 2 hours on the weekdays and 3-4 on the weekends.
  14. Most of the others are too busy trying to find innovative ways to get more money out of their players, causing them more issues in the process instead of trying to help those said players.
  15. I thought it was a really good game as well but I think Half-life is far more of a masterpiece in my opinion.
  16. Personally, games like Disco Elysium have actually helped me develop better emotional intelligence and perspective-taking. The thought cabinet system in the game really made me think deeply about how different ideas influence our decisions, and I’ve found that useful in my real-life interactions.
  17. I used to have that issue all the time when I bought physical copies of games especially used ones. All it took was a huge scratch on the disc and it wouldn't work.
