  1. Have you ever noticed that skills or habits you picked up from gaming have actually benefited you in real life? Maybe strategic thinking from a strategy game, improved hand-eye coordination, or even better social skills from online multiplayer games?
  2. I'm curious to hear how everyone found their favorite gaming genre. Was it a specific game that drew you in, a recommendation from a friend, or maybe something you stumbled upon by accident?
  3. I'm curious how community events or meet-ups have impacted your gaming experience. Do they make the game more enjoyable or deepen your connection with it? Whether it's online tournaments, local gatherings, or conventions, I'd love to hear your stories about how these events have enhanced your love for gaming.
  4. With all the rapid advancements in gaming technology, there's a lot to be excited about, but are there any developments you'd rather avoid? Whether it's something that could ruin the gaming experience or cross ethical boundaries, what tech do you hope never makes its way into the gaming world?
  5. When a game gives you choices that can alter the storyline, how do you approach these decisions? Do you role-play a character with a consistent set of morals, or do you choose based on what you think will lead to the most interesting outcomes? I'm curious about how others weigh their options and what factors influence your decisions.
  6. Especially within the last decade. Ubisoft's quality of their games fallen off a cliff - I get so frustrated when I remember the Splinter Cell games and old Rainbow Six games that are iconic and seeing how generic and buggy their games are now.
  7. Isshin from Sekiro was definitely a tough one. It’s bosses like those that made Sekiro so memorable, even if it nearly drove me insane in the process.
  8. That's a very fair point and I can see why people like single-player games and sometimes, I do prefer it depending on my mood. I love playing single-player games like RDR 2, Skyrim, The Witcher 3, God of War etc. because of the amazing experiences they provide us gamers.
  9. You could try converting a spare closet into one. That's what one of my gaming buddies did because he also doesn't have that much space.
  10. For me, it's the ability to use different mods to create brand new gaming experiences making every playthrough feel very unique.
  11. Great pick as well. Another gaming franchise that's severely underrated but has an awesome combat system is the Deus Ex series.
  12. That's a pretty good shout as well. Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater also deserves a shout for being such an awesome all-round game.
  13. It's a pretty good movie so I'm sure you'll love it. Some of the unintentional humor that occurs in more serious moments makes it even more entertaining.
  14. I know what you mean. So far I've had mostly positives except a powerbank that I got on Temu was completely dead on arrival.
  15. Played DMC 5 earlier today. Out of the three, I've hardly used Nero but he's a pretty fun character to play.
  16. What’s the longest book you’ve ever tackled? How did you find the experience, and would you recommend it to others?
  17. With the rise of digital media, do you prefer the tactile feel and aesthetic of physical books, or the convenience and portability of ebooks? Do you think one format enhances your reading experience more than the other?
  18. Smells have a powerful way of connecting us to the past. For me, it's the scent of fresh-cut grass that reminds me of childhood summers. What about you? Is there a particular smell that instantly takes you back to a special moment or place?
