  1. Just like @The Blackangel, I love horror movies. From Saw to Chainsaw Massacre, Blair Witch Project and whole list of others - I think the modern ones are really underwhelming. They suffer lack of originality, poor writing and subpar acting.
  2. Cotton Candy Skittles Starburst Snickers M&M Twix Honestly, I'm a very gluttonous person when I go out so I tend to buy lots of food 🤣
  3. Real Housewives is something you definitely should be glad you didn't get to watch - all it contains is pointless drama. I never got the appeal of it - at all.
  4. You should get some physiotherapy done - that'll help to alleviate the pain permanently. Does your local hospitals offer it for free/make it affordable?
  5. I know but I was just reminding everyone that the stigma still exists and won't totally disappear any time soon.
  6. I got my first computer around 1998/99 because I remember having Windows 98 on it and I used to play Pinball, Counterstrike, Age Of The Empires and Max Payne.
  7. Honestly, nowadays I do tend to watch movies on my PC and Phone far more than the TV and it's more of a convenience thing. I'm always on my computer for a large part of the day so that's what I tend to watch them on unless I have someone over and we're watching Netflix. I'll use the TV in that scenario.
  8. Before we start talking about the Iphone 14 itself, we probably can have a whole separate topic about that. Anyways, so you guys know how Apple always removes a feature from their phones every year and makes up a "valid" excuse. Well guys, this year, they removed the Sim Card tray from the Iphone 14 Pro Max. Now I know what you're thinking - This doesn't make any sense? What's the point? Why would they even do that? To that I say - it really doesn't make any sense. Do you want to know why they removed it - to place a plastic block there...At this point, I don't even know what to say anymore. I just hope this doesn't catch on with other phone manufacturers. What are your thoughts on this?
  9. They're full of microtransaction systems that put EA and others to shame but nobody hardly every mentions it because a good number of these same mobile game developers sponsor a good amount of YouTubers so you'll never hear the truth about these sort of things.
  10. Honestly, the gaming phones this year such as the Redmagic 7, Blackshark 5 Pro and Asus Rog phone 6/6 pro are all very solid choices if you want a dedicated gaming phone.
  11. Youtube Amazon Kindle/Audible for Ebooks/Audiobooks Antennapod Bitwarden - password manager F-Droid for Apps not on the Google Playstore Whatsapp/Line for communication Silentnotes for making lists, taking notes and journaling Reddit TickTick for habit tracking/productivity Snapdrop to wirelessly share files between my devices on the same network. Fantastic alternative to Airdrop for non Apple devices)
  12. I don't know why but this thread reminds me of how my grandmother used to play Bingo with her friends and they'd bet money and it'd be one big argument over who gets what. Anyways, I haven't really played Blackout Bingo before either - to be honest, I'm not really into mobile gaming all that much...
  13. That's how I also feel about it to be fair. Figured as much because it just seemed like most of the other generic mobile gaming controllers.
  14. Agreed - I can value a developer's stance but if I don't enjoy their games, why buy them? Isn't that why we play games?
  15. Been playing Broken Sword 5: Serpent's Curse - As I said in another thread, the only point and click series that can completely reel me in is Broken Sword.
  16. Personally, this seems like one of those questions where you have to choose a way to die - do you want to be mauled by tigers, bitten by cobras and die from poisoning or trampled on by elephants?
  17. The gameplay looks extremely fluid like the Arkham series and the story seems to have a bit of substance to it. I can't wait to learn more about this game.
  18. It's not my cup of tea either but it can be fun with mods - at least, from what people who play all the time state. When you see those videos with all those amazing things in Minecraft - yeah, that's mainly possible because of the mods...
  19. To be fair, You can play God Of War on PC through Steam - It's unlikely that we'll ever see GOW on the Xbox though.
  20. The Broken Sword series is one of the best written point and click games I've ever played. The story is always so immersive and what usually starts out as a simple situation turns into some kind of doomsday plot. From the original GBA game, I was so hooked.
  21. Yeah - I had heard about this game but still not much to go off of especially with release right around the corner.
  22. Not going to lie - I haven't heard about this one but the gameplay looks so unique. I'd certainly give it a try - concept wise it's far better than all these generic Live service/battle royale/modern mmorpgs.
  23. Knights Of The Old Republic on the original Xbox will forever be one of my favorite Star Wars games of all times. The original Star Wars Battlefront 1&2 were also excellent games.
  24. I just read about it not too long ago - as for the Mark Lastikka guy, I don't see much info about him either but hopefully this does bring them success in the gaming industry.
  25. So true, although, some amongst us don't really like the cell shaded graphics of more recent Zelda games and that's fair because it doesn't appeal to me in most other games. However, it seems to fit the aesthetic of more recent titles. To be fair, I totally forgot it was coming out this year - I could've sworn it was early next year.
