  1. It's a game where you play from the perspective of a cat with a drone on its back - it can only grab your attention for so long. I quite like the graphics but running around as a cat with a droid on its back gets old pretty quickly. That's why I wasn't as keen about it as most of you were because I could just tell it was going to be a very boring experience.
  2. After the first playthrough, I skip all the dialogue in Skyrim because I know what the NPC is going to say. The modded quest are different especially if I've never played them before.
  3. That's perfectly acceptable - I mean, it's not exactly yours so you can't tell them what to do with their consoles. I don't see a problem with that - if it doesn't belong to you, you can't dictate whether or not someone is supposed to lend you their console.
  4. I have to agree here - pressing buttons like it's Guitar Hero I'm playing. I agree, you have to make certain elements clear cut because people like me will start doing all kinds of random stuff hoping for some kind of progression.
  5. I can understand the Telltale games such as the walking dead and although I don't play them, others like it and that's fine. Guitar hero would fall into this category as well and that's understandable. The part I hate is playing "action" games and I have to be pressing a whole bunch of buttons in a QTE like I'm playing Guitar hero or the Walking Dead.
  6. To be honest, I still do skip sometimes especially if the conversations aren't that interesting or the convo is extremely repetitive and boring.
  7. Since the early 90's - I've been gaming for about 3 decades, this year would make 3 decades.
  8. Need For Speed Most Wanted
  9. He was - he's actually parodied after a prisoner at the time named Fleece Johnson. Just look him up - it'll make this scene even funnier. Yeah, Boondocks is a classic. I know right? Their excuses were always pretty stupid.
  10. That's my issue with the RE 4 remake if I'm being honest, I didn't get why they couldn't just make an HD remaster. The first 3 were understandable but why this game? We did see the preview for the Last Of Us Remake the other day as well.
  11. This goes for many RPG games - even Skyrim that I play all the time. I don't remember most of the characters in minor quests by name or the lore behind them unless I really think about it.
  12. Turned based RPGs and me had a rough beginning - believe it or not, when I played the first FInal fantasy game the first time, the turn-based system really annoyed me and it took a while to warm up to as a kid as the attention span wasn't there.
  13. 14. It only makes sense - they can't hope to dominate the gaming industry overnight with Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo around. Netflix will be fine because they have a lot of unique and interesting series to keep us the users hooked.
  15. Haven't played it personally but it's been personally recommended by a lot of gamers I know and in addition to that, the amount of Japanese culture/lore in the game is impressive.
  16. GTA and RDR2 as @Kane99 said and some other games. I'm not a compulsive gambler but I'll try it in games because I know that it doesn't have any real world consequences such as me losing lots of money.
  17. Agreed - Quick time events where you have to press a lot of buttons in a ridiculously short space of time annoys the hell out of me.
