Do you play online games to keep up with old friends?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Sometimes, I do login to Lords Mobile and contact my old guildmates via dm and it's always good to hear from them. I also have some of them on the LineApp so I can contact them outside of the game as well. -
I haven't had any of my gaming accounts hacked before but I'd think that getting in touch with the publisher and providing evidence of ownership of the account should suffice.

Gaming companies themselves should be sued for giving such subpar experiences for the amount of money they charge. Also, they should be taken to court for their exploitative practices. That being said, suing companies that provide cheating tools for online games would be a good step as it'd most certainly stop most companies from doing business with gamers.

Radio stations have fallen to the lowest tier of entertainment for me. I'd much rather go outside and fly a kit and I haven't even done that in 20+ years.

You do have a point in that aspect and PES biggest disadvantage is that their publisher is Konami...I don't think we need to go into details about them and their practices. -

I suspect the effects of the pandemic will still be felt even once covid has been contained. The financial fallout alone will take years to recover even when everything goes back to a somewhat normal state. -
I mean, I do game for like 3-4 hours a day but that's mainly because I do work for myself mostly.

He's a lucky man to have a sister that cooks for him constantly - I always have to prepare my own food. Besides, I can guarantee it's made properly - the last time I went to some chick's house for her to cook for me, she was cleaning the chicken with head and shoulders shampoo XD.

Tell that to my Uncle who is 84 and just got another woman pregnant. I don't even have one kid and this guy has been getting women pregnant since he was 19. -
It's between getting chopped in the back with a machete when there was a street fight going on that left a large wound on my back for a long time. It's disappeared though and a car crash that dislocated my shoulder.

That's a very grave issue - the console has been out for about 2 years so how comes they're discovering this just now?

Poor marketing is an even bigger factor in PES' demise than just the licenses and also with Konami turning it into a live service game really killed it. -

That's true - the pandemic has brought about some pretty harsh conditions that most people aren't used to dealing with and it does affect a lot of people's mental state. -
Godzilla and King Kong arriving to COD Warzone and Vanguard

As for how to deal with cheaters and hackers, the hacking/cheating systems are way more advanced than the anti-cheating systems of most games including Warzone so it's a bit of an uphill battle for most developers and can become very expensive.
