I think the addiction to gaming is the issue here - For the record, I don't support their methods at all and wouldn't implement it even as a last resort. Having said that, there's an addiction to gaming which is affecting a good portion of their youth and it impacting their contribution to society (Well documented by the way). Movies don't impact them as much so of course the government wasn't going to focus on that.

Exactly - it's like kids raising kids and those kids most times turn out to be irresponsible and carry on this cycle. -
Yeah, it's best for most people to make a gradual transition into streaming as it's very time-consuming.

killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
So true but some people are deeply caught up in their addiction and they usually won't try to seek professional help and it ends up ruining their lives. -

Do you ever find the level of detail in modern games overwhelming?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I agree - I'm amazed how far video games have come in terms of detail because what we call garbage nowadays would be revolutionary a decade ago. -

You also have to play something that most people are interested and collab with other Youtubers to really see any growth. -
Are there any games with built-in seasons?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Totally forgot about Pokemon games but Forza is still the only one with dynamic seasons. -
That's also a big concern amongst online shoppers but a great tip is to have the official site bookmarked so that you can always know you're using the legitimate website.

GTA V also has something similar to RDR2 where you're completely healed after saving. Although, unimmersive, it's a very handy one. -
According to their government, they've noticed a gaming addiction amongst their young people so they wanted to correct it by using ultra intrusive facial recognition technology to point them and ensure that they abided by the strict guidelines.

Which of the new games have you discovered recently?
killamch89 replied to Justin11's topic in Gaming Forum
They are remastering Liberty City, Vice City and San Andreas with a graphical upgrade and some bug fixes. It's nothing really major. -
I once got banned from Fortnite for jokingly calling someone a wimp - I can't imagine what kinda snowflake you have to be to get offended by that but all I'll say is that they definitely not ready for the world.

I'm absolutely drooling - I shouldn't ask these questions on an empty stomach lol. On another note, I'm seeing a long list of stuff I can't eat and that looks like most of my diet. I'll have to be cutting my food into smaller portions - who does that?

That's also true...

Could anything make riding a horse in first person not weird?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
The issue is that in some games like Kingdom Come Deliverance - first person is the only view available and riding the horse is very jittery even when you're just riding in a straight line. -
It's true - it's more fun playing with your friends offline because at least they won't be offended by some banter.

Most of us agree with that but there are some people who are extremely competitive so they'll always want to finish it quickly and max out everything in-game.

We already have one - it's in the gaming news thread but it hasn't been updated in about a month.

How do you keep your open world gaming experiences fresh?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I do like GTA and RDR execution of it as it doesn't really feel like a sandbox type of game at all. -
Do you ever get dizzy while searching rooms in games?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
If I swing around the camera too many times it may start to bother me a bit especially when that camera swing comes with the camera blur effect. -
Does anything give you eye strain while gaming?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
It also affects me when I want to sleep and I'm forcing myself to stay awake to finish a certain stage.
