  1. Well there is one in Kingston but I don't live there anymore although I'm probably going to move back there in a few months. But that restaurant has been shut since the pandemic and hasn't reopened its doors so...yeah we're deprived lol.
  2. Absolutely none - I hardly spend money on clothes with the exception being shoes and that's because Timbs tend to last for 5 years or more so they're worth the investment.
  3. There you go - it possibly saved you from getting a car that might've had some serious faults.

Yeah - as long as it's what the fandom requests, it's good with me as well.
  5. I wouldn't mind at all - this would be an excellent game to play on the go.
  6. Now that'd be something I'd like - at least you get to something with the building.
  7. That's not the real issue though - it's the fact that gambling in games using real money is being promoted as "child friendly" whereas gambling with virtual assets in games like Pokemon is being promoted as "adult gambling". It doesn't make any sense...
  8. We did bring this up in prior post that they might do something like this and to nobody's surprise, it happened:
  9. Yep - it happens a lot especially in modern games where the music and effects are unbearably loud for some reason and then the characters tend to be whispering lol. Like why?
  10. I'd say Trevor from GTA V - He's a total lunatic whose actions don't make sense 99.9% of the time and most of them go against what he's trying to achieve but I can't help but laugh. He's one of the main reasons I enjoy GTA V.
  11. Two to Three hours and then I'd normally take a break and make it cool down before I continue my gaming session.
  12. I tend to agree - When it's done incorrectly is when most of us notice.
  13. This is a tough one to answer because a lot of us have differing opinions on what exactly we call retro gaming. My definition would be systems from the early 2000s going back in time like the original Xbox and PS2.
  14. Playing as a video game character for any extended period of time will lead to you trying to put yourself in their shoes to justify their actions or at least try to. It's innate for us - it's almost the same thing with having pets. After a while, you try to understand why they may react a certain way towards a particular situation.
  15. How ironic lol. Anyways, I'm pretty sure most people have ever heard about the Broken Swords series which originated on the GBA. It has an amazing story but it's a point and click mystery solving game.
  16. I haven't really encountered any issues like this before but the most sensible thing is to limit your gaming session time, take more breaks and also to go see a medical expert for assistance in fixing the issue.
  17. I would've said MGS except I grew up with it and I learned some very valuable lessons from Solid, Raiden and other characters in-game like a war only ever benefits a select few with the majority bearing the consequences of such actions by their country.
  18. I don't think the concept of crunch time is the problem. The bigger issue is the terms and conditions of appointed crunch time that makes it such a horrible thing. Crunch time is more or less overtime except the stipulations of certain companies take away most of the benefits for the workers while pushing them e even harder.
  19. As I said in the other thread, both have to be at least good enough for me to really enjoy the game. Otherwise, why am I playing it?
  20. I don't think that's possible for me - Both story and gameplay go hand in hand for me.
  21. Dark Souls 1 & 2 Deus Ex Human Revolution/Mankind Divided DMC 5 RE 7 and Village MGS 1-5 Honestly, I always play games on the hardest difficulty if it's available from the get-go. Otherwise, I'll complete it in the second playthrough - I love the thrill and excitement of a difficult session. It forces me to improve drastically and become the best at whatever I play.
  22. Open-World games nowadays just feel really empty - they are colossal but hardly anything to interact with and the world doesn't try to make it more engaging. I do agree with @m76 and @Withywarlock that they need to focus on quality rather than the size and stop adding a bunch of unnecessary shit. I'd say that RDR2 is one of the few open-world games that has more quality and interaction with the environment. My other issue is that even though they tell you that it's immersive, you can only enter certain buildings - if you're going to do it, go all the way with it. Not some half-assed experience.
  23. Social media is such a toxic place nowadays that I just don't pay most of the people on those platforms any mind. Anybody that knows Norse Mythology knows Thor is fat - I honestly can't believe this is a topic of discussion. I already like the game because what I'm seeing from it is his son being as naive as Kratos was at his age and Kratos trying to steer him down a different path.
