  1. Maybe you can use that experience to your advantage to get into video editing particularly short films or something.
  2. It's a good looking game for sure but I want to see more of that multiplayer tactical co-operation in play to see if it's practical or not.
  3. Hatred definitely pushes the envelope when it comes to violence in video games. I can see why it's controversial, but I think there's a place for games like it in the industry, as long as it's clear what the game is about. It’s just not for everyone, and that’s okay. As for controversial games I love to play, Manhunt is the one I love to play using an emulator. I'm still confused why they banned this game when there were even more violent games out at the time that haven't been touched at all.
  4. Has anyone here ever used the WaveBird wireless controller? I remember it being a game-changer at the time, but how did it hold up in terms of performance, range, and battery life? Was it worth the extra cost compared to the wired controller? Any standout memories or experiences with it?
  5. With Nintendo's strong focus on its internal development teams, do you think it's time for them to bring more Western studios under their umbrella? While Nintendo has a unique style, incorporating the diversity and innovation of Western developers could help expand their reach and bring new experiences to their consoles. Would this approach benefit Nintendo in terms of game variety and global appeal, or should they stick to their established model?
  6. I’m considering picking up the Hori Split Pad Pro for my Nintendo Switch and would love to hear others' experiences. How’s the comfort for extended play sessions? Are the controls responsive, and do you feel it enhances your gaming experience compared to the Joy-Cons? Any pros or cons you’ve noticed?
  7. Whether it’s due to their cool design, challenging battle, or memorable personality, every Pokémon fan has that one Gym Leader they can’t forget. From Brock in Kanto to Raihan in Galar, each generation has brought unique characters to test our skills. Who’s the Gym Leader that stands out most to you, and why?
  8. Nintendo has made some incredibly memorable games over the years, with many having iconic opening sequences that pull you right into the action. From the suspenseful start of Metroid Prime to the magical intro of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, there’s a lot to choose from. Which Nintendo game, in your opinion, has the best opening sequence, and why does it stand out to you?
  9. Yep. I think I only know two other people who own a Nintendo Switch other than myself who also don't have this issue.
  10. That's what I learnt when I looked it up yesterday. I liked how R.O.B looked.
  11. Whether it was unexpectedly awesome or super frustrating, have you ever had a memorable encounter with PlayStation's customer support? Maybe they went above and beyond to solve an issue, or maybe it was a nightmare to get help. I’d love to hear your stories about dealing with their support team – the good, the bad, or even the strange.
  12. From classic black to vibrant limited editions, the PSP had some amazing designs over the years. Did you have a specific color that stood out, or maybe a limited edition themed after a game or character?
  13. With all the quirky and memorable characters in the Ratchet & Clank series, there’s no shortage of hilarious and iconic NPCs. From the sarcastic Mr. Zurkon to the always entertaining Captain Qwark, the games are full of personalities that stand out. So, who’s your favorite NPC and why?
  14. The Ratchet & Clank series has given us so many memorable games, from the classic PS2 titles to the more recent PS5 adventures. Each game has its own unique charm, weapons, and story moments that make it special. Whether it’s the original, Going Commando, Up Your Arsenal, or Rift Apart, I’d love to hear which game stands out as your favorite and why.
  15. With each new entry, the Final Fantasy series has evolved in gameplay, art style, and storytelling. From the classic turn-based combat of the early games to the more action-oriented systems in recent releases, not to mention shifts in tone and character design, there’s been a lot of change. Do you like the direction the series has taken, or do you miss the old-school Final Fantasy?
  16. I’ve found a combination of drinking some tea, reading and winding down with some light stretching really helps me relax before bed. I also try to keep my phone on 'Do Not Disturb' to avoid getting pulled into social media or messages. Honestly, since starting this routine, I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed.
  17. It reminds me of Shadow of the Colossus. Every time you defeat a colossus, you’re technically the aggressor, and there’s this huge sense of loss afterward. Sometimes, even winning doesn’t feel like winning.
  18. Or even better, mod the game so that I can get more out of it with brand new content.
  19. As an update to this, I mean maybe Abu Dhabi because it has such rich history but is very modernized.
  20. They do have some remakes out so you could try out those but I wholeheartedly agree. Heck, when Final Fantasy 8 came out, it already felt kind of outdated at the time.
  21. Also without the toxic tryhards that seem to be compensating for something in their life.
  22. You're right. What I should have said is that he was misguided due to his mental and emotional trauma.
  23. I'll add the Batman Arkham games. Their graphics are still excellent in 2024 and the gameplay is magnificent.
  24. I mean, Sonic Frontier was good and Sonic X Shadow is another good one but I doubt we'll ever get a truly excellent Sonic game again.
