Which one would you pick and why?

I don't think you even understand where this is going - what she's talking about is something that isn't for the weak-minded or ill-prepared. If done incorrectly, you can die from it or you can end up killing someone. All the things you just mentioned are extremely tame compared to what she's about to get into - It's like opening a Pandora box. I have a few female acquaintances who are into this as well as I've watched a few of their videos and it's not for everyone. There's a reason @The Blackangel didn't want to get into details either...

Their sales are dwindling every year so they'll soon get the message that their prices are too high...

I still have my old S7 Edge even though it's no longer my main phone but it still holds up well after a million drops and it has absolutely no cracks and still functions properly.

Actually the Apps on F-Droid are for the most part, not spam. Some are extremely basic while others are in fact worthwhile alternatives to mainstream apps. I can't argue about the gaming but I hardly play mobile games nowadays so this is a non issue.

Got it but as I said, we probably should leave it there. It's definitely not for everyone and I don't want to introduce this to kids/impressionable minds before they can fully comprehend it.

Agreed - when someone loves you too much, they'll go to the extremes to have you which includes kidnapping you and locking you away in a dungeon.

The Multiverse theory is way too convoluted and time-consuming for my taste. I'd say while it's possible a parallel universe may exist, I don't see the importance of it because that's not the reality I'm from.

I agree - Romantic movies and books focus on people ignoring reality and following their "feelings of love" which is never a good idea and then somehow everything worked out and everyone lives happily ever after. As a kid, I did somewhat like Titanic but as I grew older, I've become so indifferent to it.

I agree - what is being said is far more important and that should be what most people focus on but most people especially in modern times pay far more attention to the tone because of their "feelings".

I'd simply restore nature to what it was before humans and technology obliterated it. You'd be stuck in a parallel universe without anyway back 🤣

Living to me is being fully engaged in your life no matter what's going on in it and appreciating the present moment whether good or bad. Existing, which is what most people do is just live life on auto, dreaming of a better life while resenting what is in front of them instead of confronting and accepting the reality.

I'm still on the fence - I may have a kid but to raise one in these modern times is extremely challenging with all these other psychos around. I don't have anything against kids at all - it's just that I can't deal with more than one or two around me for any extended period of time.

I just don't like sharing food honestly especially with people who have just as huge an appetite as me. Totally understandable - I don't like drama either and will take myself out of the area if it doesn't have anything to do with me.

To be honest, I don't think anyone wants laptops with any larger screen sizes than that because they'd start moving into the territory of light desktops.

I agree but I've found a few alternatives that do have more features on F-droid and has a mobile and Windows version that can sync with each other. The Open-source field is very interesting!

Even Nvidia seemed like they were going down that route prior to the release of the Radeon 6000 series GPUs but AMD has made Nvidia have to up their game again. I wish Intel would jump in too just to give both a bit of competition especially at the lower end.

I'm planning to build my own personal cloud but I was looking at using Syncthing instead. I've heard people mention a Synthing + Nextcloud combo but I heard it's a pain to get setup and is extremely complicated to run.

Agreed - it feels like this game is a sequel of some other game I've played before even though it's probably the first game of this publisher. That's how unoriginal it is...

You do have a point because the gaming industry has been very anti union since forever so I can see them getting lots of pushback for this especially if they try to get employment from other gaming companies down the road.
