Personally, I'd pick the assets because you'll usually always have access to them and you can convert them into other types of assets at your convenience. Physical properties are different in that you'll have to go through a lot of agencies to sell one property and the amount of fees you'll pay will grind your gears. Do you agree with my choice?

I'd much rather live as a sage in the mountains and here's why - no matter how many corrupted people I kill in the world, more will pop up and it won't ever stop. On top of that, there's a lot more of them than you and eventually they'd get you. To top it all off, there's no guarantee it'd change anything. What are your thoughts on this?

Would you rather have a dolphin or a kangaroo as a pet?

I know but it won't be kicking me so I'd just be laughing the whole time. Zebras also possess a deadly kick - I think it's one of the first animals I've seen kick a lion and break its jaw. -
I've been stung by an African fire ant before while on a trip in Botswana years ago and I still remember it till this day. It was one ant but the pain was so sharp and the area where I got stung felt like it was on fire. If I had a machete that day, I'd probably have taken off my leg in that instant. Having said that, I'd still eat the ants just because flies are disgusting and disease-ridden.

Would you rather go on a date with an Physicist or a Politician?

Pathological lying and lack of accountability is their key traits and they love to shift the goalpost constantly. -
Would you rather pierce your nose or your navel?

I kinda knew nothing but the scenario just seemed kind of funny. The funniest thing that ever happened to me was one of my loop earrings got loose and somehow attached it self to my lip while I was sleeping. Needless to say, it was a very unpleasant experience. -
Would you rather cut your lip or bite your tongue?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Funny enough, I haven't felt any pain from the ones in my ears since the day I got them. The only time I felt anything is when I had a bunch of heavy earrings that I used to rock back in the days that made my ears feel heavy after a while. -
I totally agree and that's what some people use to get the jump on you - that's why I'm always aware of the people I deal with and pay attention to everything they do.

Would you rather ride a donkey or a buffalo?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Throughout the whole episode, I was like what am I even watching? I love animals as much as most pet owners but keeping a Bison indoors is nonsensical. The part that always cracks me up is how the buffalo looks in the car - it's almost like something out of a cartoon. -
To be fair, I've never bought an Omen laptop because I never trusted HP laptops. As a matter of fact, I hardly know any laptop gamers that have an HP Omen laptop. It's always Legion 5/7, Asus and MSI laptops as well. Hell, I've seen more people with Acer gaming laptops than HP and that says a lot.

The problem is that only Gigabyte PSUs seem to have this issue and with Gigabyte's size and reputation in the PC industry, this is a huge stain on their record.

I'm not saying I support the practice of putting ads in games but it's a bit more understandable with F2P games because they don't have an upfront cost so they have to make back that money in some other way. What EA is doing on the other hand is straight up greed.

Well, the trailer has piqued my interest a bit that's why I'd want to know what they could be hiding from the government. Magnificent Trufflepigs is an odd name to say the least...

I have watched the anime before but I didn't even know the game was out for the Switch. I might just check it out...

Their CEO thought they could pull what every other gaming company normally do and get away with it. The problem is that up until that point CDPR had a spotless record when it came to the quality of their games but Cyberpunk literally destroyed their reputation. They can make all the promises they want but the damage has already been done.

I had to go check the calendar because I thought it must've been the early 2000s or something...
