Do you prefer to download PC Games off the internet or buy the DVD?
killamch89 replied to ZandraJoi's topic in Video Games
I mean you can still hit up Gamestop... I can't believe I just said that but Gamestop is actually the more reasonable place to go. The prices on Ebay and Amazon for physical games is pretty astronomical. -
Targeting gullible and naïve parents has always been Nintendo's strategy so I wouldn't be surprised if it actually worked. That being said, I really hope the Steam Deck does really well to bring back so competition to the handheld gaming market.

I haven't fully verified if that's the case with Activision-Blizzard but that's how it normally goes. However, the current CEO has been with Activision for 20 plus years and he was one of the people responsible for rebranding their former company to Activision so he has a lot more weight than the usual CEO.

This is a hilarious one - I'm not going to lie, even though the game doesn't have any action, I do like the story building part. It's so simple yet interesting and amusing.

I'd be inclined to think that it'll be a pretty amazing game that nobody will play - From what I've seen so far, I'm impressed with the graphics and overall gameplay. Yes' it's not exactly unique but it looks fun to play.

Video games that feature realistic NPC reactions?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
That's how people are in real life - running their mouth threatening violence but soon as a gun comes into play, their demeanor is totally different... -
What game do you want to see come out in 2021?
killamch89 replied to Martin Berisford's topic in Gaming Forum
It was a pretty good game but it's not that much different from RE 7 which is mostly a good thing but also a bad thing because it really isn't unique. -
10 Video Game Gun Concepts That MAKE NO SENSE
killamch89 replied to The Blackangel's topic in Gaming Forum
I agree about the whole Shotgun thing - like how is it that you move 5ft away from someone and all of a suddenly, not a single shell can hit them. We all know shotguns aren't designed for medium to long range combat but I'm absolutely certain that most shotguns will blow your head off from 5ft away. -
I think I Found A Fun MMO - Crossout (If Mad Max Was An MMO)
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Gaming Forum
It's a free to play game so you don't need to purchase it - just download it and hop right in. Honestly, the game is a lot of fun although there are a few parts it does feel a bit repetitive. -
Same - I'm not normally in a rush to finish any game unless I'm just tired of playing it.

I'd say Fallout 4 does truly feel dystopian in that the place is absolutely barren and it seems like there's hardly any sign of life around.
-
Same here - I was going to pre order Cyberpunk 2077 but decided against it and I was proven right in the end.

What games have you bought on launch day?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Rdr2 and GTA V for PC are the last two games I can remember getting on launch day. -
How crazy are we talking here?

Would you rather be 11 feet tall or nine inches tall?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
At 11 feet tall, your main mode of transportation would probably be the back of flat bed truck or something like that because that's the only place you'd fit comfortably. They have a Dwarf theme park in China - check it out: It does look like a human zoo though... -
Would you rather have a photographic memory or an IQ of 200?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
IQ tests are mainly limited to academics which really doesn't really help you in the real world. I agree. -
Would you rather have Beyoncé’s talent or Jay-Z‘s business acumen?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Beyonce's Net Worth is half of Jay'z own at $420m while Jay Z is worth a billion Dollars. -
Thanks for pointing this out to me - I never knew this product existed. This is what I like about some of the more reliable open-source products, They fill a need without being expensive.

My screen is still bright with no dead pixels or backlight bleeding so it's perfectly fine and I know I can squeeze a few more years out of it.

I'm just glad someone is at least giving Nvidia some competition so that they don't get complacent and go full-Intel pre-Ryzen on us.

In addition to that, I walk around with USB data blockers so that I can safely charge my phone in public places or my USB drives into a computer without anyone infecting my devices with some kind of malware.
