The controller design hasn't changed that much since the original PlayStation. Yeah, I mean it looks more curvy and is a bit sleeker but Sony has never strayed far from the original design. You could say the same for the XBox controllers, there's very little difference between the original and the series X.

I've never been able to find the special edition of any console for a reasonable price. I'm definitely not pay $2000 dollars for an outdated console either.

Well you can just get the rechargeable battery and charge your Xbox one controller via USB which is what I do. Who has time to be constantly buying batteries? I don't even want to go outside right now with how bad Covid infections have gotten.

Yeah, we already have Netflix and whole host of other companies with that kind of content. Let Xbox stick to gaming - we don't want it to end up like the Google Stadia which was trying to do too much and couldn't deliver on anything.

PlayStation and other companies have said the same quite recently so it's an overall shortage. One of the main reasons is the shortage of chips that these devices use and the Covid regulations make it difficult for shipment and other procedures to occur.

It's not only Rockstar though, Mortal Kombat and others have suffered the same fate so it's the "too violent of a game" excuse which is weak especially in this time period. I totally agree with you that this decision to ban games like these from their platform is why Nintendo stunted their growth throughout the 2000s and if it wasn't for the Switch, Nintendo would've probably started to go the software route.

Virtual Boy was probably the first emulator I ever had back in the day because I got to play GBA games I couldn't get access to normally. Those were some good times!

Resident Evil and the Samus games were great titles as well not to mention Smash Bros Melee. We had whole tournaments for it every weekend back in the day.

I'd argue that the SNES remains their best console. It has an exhaustive lists of games and you could play violent games like Killer Instinct and Mortal Kombat on it.

I'm not really so sure because back in the day their use to be a lot of people who played the multiplayer mode. As a matter of fact, I know people who still have their Nintendo 64 for this purpose. It had it's flaws but it was always a fun game to play with friends.

The Windows 10 touchscreen interface is still light years behind Android and Apple though. I've owned a surface before so I know first hand how bad the input lag gets after a while.

The upcoming Exynos chip with AMD GPU completely crushes the current Iphone chip and is set to be released with the Galaxy Z Fold in June. I never thought I'd see the time that Exynos chips are once again competitive in the current smartphone market.

I completely disagree because there are countless YouTube videos showing that Gaming phones barely outperform regular phones because they use most of the same specs as high-end flagships with significant drawbacks such poorer interfaces, terrible cameras, and not waterproof. I'll keep saying it that Gaming Phones as of now are only a gimmick.

I'm not seeing it anywhere on the Google Play Store and besides, who even plays Apex Legends nowadays? I hardly see any streams about it.

I'm not even interested in going down this path again. I need my money so every bit counts so I won't spend my money outside of buying a game.

I know but I thought we were talking about the free games. I have GTA on my phone as well and I haven't really seen any in-app microtransactions systems either.

Android Emulators are perfect for this. I personally have never really tried this and I don't really have a good reason to either.

I hardly keep phones for more than 3 years with my Galaxy s7 being the exception to the rule. I had that phone up until I got my Note 20 Ultra last year - well I do still have it but I use it more of a business phone. It still functions just fine and looks almost new with barely any scratches as I take great care of my products.

Not necessarily because Android manufacturers continue to copy Apple's way of doing things so I find that there a good number of people switching from Android to IOS. I'll give Apple this, their phones constantly receive updates for up to 5-6 years and they don't decline in value as quickly as Android phone.

My Skyrim and Fallout 4 games are heavily modded but extremely stable. It allows me to experience these games in a different fashion every playthrough and I've been play Skyrim for over a decade but I'm yet to get bored of it.
