A series related to Star Wars - to be honest, I haven't gotten around to watching it myself but I hear people talk about it all the time.

So true - I got most of the others but it's always those orcs...

What do you want gaming to be like in 20 years?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I'd like games without Microtransaction systems, well made and finished before launch and are totally bug-free and no hiding content behind a paywall. -
Do you feel like you take gaming for granted?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
With how expansive most modern open-world games are, I tend to the size of it for granted not remembering that most open-world games up to a decade ago, weren't half this size. -
Which video game console had the most beautiful design?

I agree that PS2 also had a very simple but attractive design and the colors complimented each other very well. -
Have You Ever Had To Stop Playing A Game Because It's Too Scary
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Gaming Forum
lol Yeah it was Chainsaw man. Being a vegetable is real scary, I'm not going to lie. -
My sentiments exactly - imagine watching that cutscene so many times that you can actually recite it word for word and even sound like the various characters in that scene...

And every day, another "apology". The worst part about is that these apologies sound so insincere and also sound like they were prepared way in advance. What also bugs me is that they'll apologize now but pull the same crap sometime in the near future. So true - I was looking into getting this game because it had been recommended to me by a few people but seeing this immediately changed my mind.

It's Time We Had This Talk About Some Of Nintendo's Practices

I agree that they've just become pretty carefree in terms of what their audience thinks and just does what they want. It's due to the fact that they have a lot of long-time fans that they know they can get away with stuff like this. -
That's a pretty bizarre one - I'm not going to lie. Maybe in the dream you should've tried to jump off somewhere high enough and see if it'd hurt. Or if you had found anything try to see if it'd hurt if you poked yourself with it.

Please don't remind me lol. I started imagining it...🤢

Totally understandable but my lot love touch stuff in my house and that's a definite no-no for me. I also would find them sleeping in all kinds of awkward places like the bathroom...

Yeah, that's pretty creepy and who does that? Wait, I think I answered my own question...

What activity comforts you the most when you have a bad day
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Dogs are very keen on human emotions especially the ones that they have a bond with. If you're angry at someone notice how your dog typically lashes out at them - it's instinctive of them to make sure the pack leader is okay at all times. Once your okay, they're okay. Meditation is something that takes a while to really get into - you have to do it religiously every day and over time you'll get the hang of it. Just count 1 when you inhale and 2 when you exhale and focus on only that - you'll get the hang of it in due course. -
Water and Tea is what I have for the most part - occasionally, I may have a soda here and there but I can definitely do without it. But how can you hate the taste of water when it usually has none (well you do have some funny tasting bottle water out there. In that case, I can see your point...). I cook and bake all the time so I do definitely need my oven lol.

What’s the worst thing you ate from a fast food restaurant?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Yeah, I mean McDonalds had chicken preserved for over 100 years so this story isn't surprising at all. As a matter of fact, McDonalds' biggest scandals are usually about expired food. -
Excellent points made about the sailboat. I know quite a few people in other countries who live in RVs so it's fairly common. They usually buy the luxurious ones though with a whole shower and flushable toilets. I wouldn't mind the RV at all. It's not really a fear of the sea so much as the unpredictability of it - One minute it will be all sunny and everything's great and then suddenly a huge storm appears throwing your boat all over the place and if you aren't experienced enough to handle such a situation, it's game over.

The internet are full of all kinds of people with various issues and sometimes they just take it out on anyone they meet. Then there are the people who love to create drama and come on to forums constantly trying to start some kind of drama. The best advice I'd give is to just not take what they say personally.

What is something you’ve always wanted to do, but are scared to?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in General Chat
Fear of heights is a pretty common one but trypophobia is a new one for me. I think Resident Evil has a lot of monsters with legions of bumps as well so you probably should stay away from that as well.
