What retro gaming system would you most like to try?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I'm going to say an Atari and that's because I've never owned one but have heard a fair bit of things about it growing up. I also want the bragging rights of playing every console in history. -
Rollable phones: better alternative to Foldable phones?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Mobile
TCL also came up with an Elder Scroll-like Rollable phone. No seriously, that second one is the Elder Scroll, you even see Nirn there XD -
TO be honest, the rollable phone that looks like an Elder Scroll should be on this list. TCL, what the hell!

It will take a few years at least and we'll need more intervention for government agencies as well as retailers before we can see anything resembling normalcy.

The PlayStation logo went through a lot of designs
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Playstation
To be expected, this is the normal process for any company or business with any form of branding. Usually, you always end up with some really crappy ones and some that would have worked with the concept. -
This is why I primarily check multiple reviews before I make any kind of decision on buying a product especially nowadays since agendas are pretty high with Influencers.

I forgot to mention the Lenovo Lavie Mini which is a shot at the Nintendo Switch as well.

Guys I kind of forgot about the Alienware Laptops announced at CES - the M15 R4 and M17 R4 both Intel laptops.
-
Not to mention all the cryptocurrency mining which has brought about this serious shortage of GPUs.

Is Facebook involved with Esports?
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Esports & Competitive Gaming
I hope not because they just want your data - I don't know why they're so desperate for it though...Facebook knows nothing about E-gaming and likely won't make any meaningful contribution towards the widespread adoption of E-gaming. -
Pro Gamer forced to retire due to thumb/wrist injury
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Esports & Competitive Gaming
My suggestion is to first undergo physical therapy to help with alleviating the pain and help to strengthen the wrist and thumbs. Secondly, I'd tell them to stop jacking off because that probably was a contributing factor (no more pornhub for you mr. E-gamer!) 😹. On a more serious note, they just need to take a break from gaming and allow their body to heal. -
Anyone else feel like they are living in cuckoo land?
killamch89 replied to clonefox's topic in General Chat
If I were you, I'd start saving up for a bunker because at the rate humanity is going, it's only a matter of time they do something so stupid it ends up killing most of us. Covid was a good try but I feel like they'll come up with something even more ridiculous. -
They have ridiculous amounts of stamina that allows them to continue playing for 90+ minutes so it's totally possible that they wouldn't necessarily need the half time break.
-
You only have to look as far as social media to understand why most people are turned off by online interactions especially nowadays.
-
I'm not knocking anyone for liking it but it's like 30 years late. At least they could've made a port for the Nintendo Switch ffs...
-
We already knew that the game needed a few more years of development but their CEO thought otherwise apparently and that decision has screwed them over big time.

Neil Druckman would like to make a Punisher game
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming News
I wouldn't mind a Punisher game to be honest. As a matter of fact, I don't particularly remember one even coming out at least not in the last 20 years. -
Ikr. I mean Planetside 2 can hold 600+ players in a single gaming session quite easily.

Most heartbreaking moment in a video game?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Unloved, a dead mother, a hateful father, no future, no past, seeing all the horror and hatred and selfishness humanity is capable of, using his incredible power not to help but to spread war, death, and suffering... all to die doing something good and selfless for once in his life... and feeling good about it... tragic -
