  1. When I was a kid, I used to be really into art and I used to draw Gray Fox and Solid Snake from the original Metal Gear Solid. I remember even did a drawing of Metal Gear Rex. To be honest, I'm not sure where I'd find that.
  2. It's a scummy move quite frankly and that is typical of EA. It's a tactic to let you fork out extra for the DLC. DLCs are supposed to be additions to the game but you should still be able to finish the main story.
  3. If I'm not mistaken, I think he means playing a game so many times to the point you could play the entire game blindfolded because you remember most things in-game. Personally, I could to an extent say I can do that with Skyrim as I've beaten it 100s of times.
  4. Alien Isolation with difficulty mod - seriously, I must be a sucker for torture. I can't hide anywhere anymore. The Aliens search for you EVERYWHERE.
  5. I have been to Arcades before but to be honest, other than the driving games and a few fighting games, I never enjoyed it much. It annoys me when you're playing a game and somebody keeps disrupting you to tell you how to play the game to win. I much prefer to figure things out on my own than do it someone's way.
  6. I totally agree because they have a tendency to make all these exclusives go to waste. If we compare the original Xbox exclusives to now, the number has shrank A LOT. I know that Fable is coming back and so is Halo but what about the rest like Mech Assault etc.?
  7. I always play the multiplayer modes and it's still a blast even now. I just don't play it quite as often...
  8. Out of all the releases, I think the PC version is the least buggy and most playable so they should've done a timed release. Release the PC version first, do the next gen consoles second and do the current gen consoles last. Rockstar normally does it in the reverse order but it makes sense either way. They normally release the version that's playable and bug-free first. Them trying to rush to meet the holiday sales absolutely screwed them over.
  9. I personally have not checked the size of my save file but I'm at level 9 and have done a bit of crafting myself so it may be at 4-5mb. What I did was back up my save file somewhere else just in case my current one gets corrupted. I totally agree with you that this bug has to addressed before many of the others as this will further damage the game's reputation and it would be such a shame especially for a game like this.
  10. I can't say I like this version any better than the version we got. However, it could be used for a future DOOM release - as far as the animation went, it was amazing.
  11. The hype was a part of the issue but it was CDPR who made these outlandish promises in the first place and throwing shots at other companies like EA and the whole works. To turn around and release this buggy mess was mainly their own doing.
  12. I heard about this yesterday and was going to a post on it as well but just like you I wasn't sure this is real or not. I'm not sure what marketing tactic KFC is trying here but this has to be an odd one. First we had the Xbox controllers and now this - Next we'll get the KFC ARM processor as well (why am I giving them more ridiculous ideas).
  13. I have my own business so something like a Galaxy Note actually helps in this regard. A lot of the functions are very good for productivity on the go and I got mine at a reasonable price with Samsung trade-in.
  14. The only way I'd say a 13 inch gaming laptop might work is on a plane and even then, how many people try to do PC gaming on an aeroplane?
  15. Nvidia only backpedalled when their own community started going against them. No, Nivida will do Founders edition cards but they won't sell them on their site. I'm not sure what you mean. Founders Edition cards are the ones created directly by Nvidia and are normally sent to reviewers first and then they sell a limited number of them. At some point, they'll stop selling them and you'll have to buy the board partners versions of the said graphics card (MSI, EVGA, Asus etc.)
  16. I'm also a hardcore gamer that likes everything at max settings. You never want to miss out on the full experience and besides I'm going into 3d modelling and animation so I'll definitely need a powerful desktop. I agree. You need to have your own place for privacy reasons.
  17. Microsoft's support for most of their platforms is pretty terrible. You remember how they used to have their own App store and windows phones? I had one and using their app store was such a horrifying experience. Steeam doesn't allow modding? Or Cyberpunk 2077? Because there are so many moddable games on Steam right now...
  18. Brings back so many memories of accidentally trapping my Sims in the kitchen and it burns them alive. I sometimes forget what was my first game. I have to go through all the names of the PC games I played as a kid before it comes back to me.
  19. Deal expired, locking thread This is for the PC version of the Deluxe Edition of both games: Ghost Recon: Future Soldier: https://store.ubi.com/us/game/?lang=en_US&pid=56c4948588a7e300458b4768&dwvar_56c4948588a7e300458b4768_Platform=pcdl&edition=Deluxe Edition&source=detail Rainbow Six Siege: https://store.ubi.com/us/game/?lang=en_US&pid=5e15a2665cdf9a1ec45ad82b&dwvar_5e15a2665cdf9a1ec45ad82b_Platform=pcdl&edition=Deluxe Edition&source=detail
  20. I have used them for years. They're pretty reliable but like everything else, that might change overnight.
  21. It depends on the brand of SSDs you buy as well because not all SSDs are made equal. SSDs from companies like Samsung, Sandisk and a few others are extremely reliable and won't fail you in at least 5 years.
  22. So true. AMD chips with similar performance to those Intel chips are a lot lower in price, more efficient and multitask far better.
  23. Xpass gaming cloud is coming to mobile devices soon so you won't have to worry about playing games on the go...
  24. Xbox is busy trying to do so many things at once. I mean Xpass Gaming Cloud and acquiring new businesses and studios to build their brand while PlayStation mainly focuses on their console and puts more time and effort into that. I can see that Xbox trying to gain a bigger foothold in the gaming industry in the long-term but we don't know if all this will pay off for them.
