As of now, the price tag along with the lack of support makes it very unappealing. However, as the technology improves and the price continues to decrease, it could replace tablets and smartphones in 10-15 years.

Dragonball Super: Broly - 10/10 Had fun re-watching this with my little cousin.

I agree. With titles like the Call Of Duty games among others that are very demanding, 16GB will most definitely be the new normal. As a matter of fact, I'd argue that 16GB has been the new normal since 2018 onward.

At this point, they've also started to bring the heat to Nvidia in the GPU space as well and AMD is really crushing it this year.

AMC Theaters Unlikely to Survive the Movie Theater Shut Down

So true! I'll definitely miss the experience of going to theaters(had a lot of good memories) but life goes on... -
Paranormal Activity 4 - 8/10 Been rewatching the entire series of movies and it's definitely one of creepiest.

What is a good Call of Duty title to try?
killamch89 replied to Reality vs Adventure's topic in Video Games
I'd say the original Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare was a pretty solid game in terms of the single-player campaign. If you're going with the black-ops series of games, Black Ops 3 is a wild ride of a story. It's pretty unique(might go off the rails a bit but a solid story nonetheless). -

Moderator Edit: No need for a new topic on the death threats specifically as we already had this thread. The matter is relevant to this discussion and can be addressed here. I'm not even sure where to begin with this one. I love gaming as much as the next person but if a game is delayed, it's not the end of the world for me. In the gaming community, we have some very toxic individuals among us that need to be weeded out. Source:https://www.cbr.com/cyberpunk-2077-delay-dev-death-threats/

Moderator Edit: A topic was already created in connection to this story, so the topics have been merged. A Dutch Court has issues 10m Euro fine on EA for breaking gambling laws. I not sure about you guys but this has been a long time coming. Hopefully, this is a catalyst for other countries to take action against these greedy gaming countries. What do you think of this news?
-
EA is facing a class-action lawsuit in Canada for their loot-box gambling mechanics in over 60 of their titles. I for one hope something does come out of this because they've gotten away with so many anti-consumer practices over the years. I'd like to know what you think of this news and what do you think will be the potential repercussions for other gaming companies if EA is found guilty?

As a follow-up to my previous post, the Google Stadia brand has distanced them from the idiotic comments of one of their creative directors. Some of these individuals in the gaming industry are absolutely delusional and that's why their efforts usually don't get very far.
-
One Stadia creative director said that streamers should pay to stream their titles. What this director is forgetting is that most games gain plenty of free publicity from said streamers. What do you make of his comments?
-
I'm aware but I've known people who have gotten frustrated with it because they couldn't beat the game. I just find the whole situation hilarious.

Tetris is the one game nobody can beat no matter how long you play it for.

Huge Metal Gear fan here and I have to totally agree with you on this one but the Last Of Us is amazing as well.

How often have you had to send a gaming item in for repair?
killamch89 replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
Back in the days, my PS1 lens wasn't working so I had to get it replaced and also a few controllers because of the analog sticks not working. Other than that, I don't remeber sending in anything else for repairs. -
