The original Destiny was horrible when it was first released but with the release of the Taken King DLC, the game was pretty good after that. I can also think of FFXIV when it first launched, the reception was dreadful amongst many FF players - after its relaunch, it had been well received by the FF community.

I also miss those days - most games released nowadays cost an arm and a leg to even get any enjoyment out of them. This micro-transaction thing really started to gain momentum as far back as 2011 with games like Dead Space and some MMORPGs.

I take it you don't play games like Dark Souls which absolutely tortures your mental health 😂

Do you mean games like the walking dead where it is mostly cinematic with a few button-pressing sequences? Because I find those kinds of games pretty boring - I love to have a plethora of choices in my gameplay style rather than button-pressing sequences.

The problem is the game doesn't actually exist - there is just a posting in the Google Play Store but no actual game.

Have you ever played any of the Armored Core games for the Sony consoles or Mechassault for the Xbox? I have been looking for a new Mech game since Armored Core 6 won't be coming out anytime soon and Microsoft stopped making the Mechassault games since the late 2000s. Also, Mech Warrior is a brilliant series - have you tried playing Mech Warrior Online?

It does involve learning how to use the creation kit from Bethesda and scripted mods, where you have right lines of code, does take some getting used to but it is amazing what you can create. The experienced modders have created some brilliant masterpieces - better than the ones I showed you in the video. Skyrim has a whole modding community that is still very active for the most part although it has begun to slow down a bit recently.

You know after making my post I realized that I missed Castlevania Symphony Of The Night and that should be about 1-2 for me.

I'm not even surprised nowadays - any game that gets hyped up by the media and Youtubers I am extremely wary of. The worse thing about Dayz Gone is that it will probably be one of the better games of the year because most of the games that come out nowadays are unfinished, unfunctional games while Dayz is at least functional enough to play. The standards of the gaming industry have really dropped over the past few years and it is very sad.

Halo 2's graphics definitely shows its age when you are playing it - It was touted as revolutionary at the time but comparing it to Halo 5 Guardians from 4 years ago, the difference is truly amazing. Graphically games have really come a long way.

I'm also looking forward to Gears of Wars 5 - I'm not sure if it will be released for the PC but with Xbox Live becoming available for other platforms as well, I might be able to get my hands on it.

I tend to exercise the moment I wake up and I do an hour of exercise from Monday to Friday and the weekend is my rest period. Exercise tends to relax you and boosts your mood which can help your gaming performance as well.

Grand Theft Auto 6 will be a part of the next generation.

And also to create a better product, they can take all the time they need because a lot of companies keep rushing to release unfinished games and it is irritating to us the gamers.

The kind of mods I am talking about is adding content/features to a particular game not modding the console/gaming machine itself.

I am also working on my own mod for Skyrim but I am not as knowledgeable in the more complicated aspects of creating a mod which is why it isn't complete as yet.
