This scene was very impactful because Ratchet had won the battle but realized his race was gone and feeling down and Clank being his friend cheered him up. Right after that the Zoni's appeared and kidnapped Clank. The look of despair on Ratchet's face really told us how much he valued Clank.

This moment was special because Ratchet could've chosen to join his own race but he chose his friends instead because they're his family now.

The Cryosleep scene is always flipping hilarious!

This is a difficult one but I have to got with @m76 - Deus Ex is truly a masterpiece. The plot is always well-written, the gameplay is always entertaining and in general, the game never feels repetitive.

The ending of Deus Ex Human Revolution when the enemy turned out to be a supercomputer manipulating the whole society - I've seen this kind enemy in other games such as MGS with the Patriots system but I'm trying to pinpoint which conspiracy theory this is inspired by.

I always had the same concern with No man's Sky - I mean I get the aim of the game is to explore but what are we hoping to achieve from it. In addition to that, there isn't really any combat or actions to at least keep you engaged.
